About this property

House with air conditioning,private garden and swimming pool in Massarosa

This beautiful and comfortable villa with large garden is located in Massarosa, a town between Lucca (15 km) and the sea in Viareggio (9 km). Close by is the beautiful Lake Massacciuccoli, on the opposite bank of which lies the town of Torre del Lago, where the Italian composer Giacomo Puccini lived.

The villa is a two-family house, where the owner lives, each with its own entrance and garden. The guest house is 270 m² in size and extends over two floors. The house is very well equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a large kitchen (very well equipped with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and grill) with dining area, a guest toilet and a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and hydromassage bath with shower head, and a large bathroom with double sinks, a bath with shower head and a shower cubicle. Hair dryer available.
Air conditioninig in the bedrooms.
Some of the windows have mosquito nets. Also available: a washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, a safe and a private parking.

Outdoor facilities: covered terrace, balcony, 2000 m² garden with above ground pool (7.5 x 3.5 m, open from middle May to end of September), shower, furnished gazebo and barbecue.

Distances: grocers 50-200 m, supermarket 1200 m, bar and restaurants 50-200 m, Pisa 30 km, Florence 95 km, Camaiore 12 km, Carrara 35 km.

The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, internet Wi Fi.
Not included in the price and payable on site: Breakage deposit € 600, final cleaning € 150, Air conditioning € 1/Kw, baby bed € 25, heating according to consumption € 1 / mc.
Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per day, max 5 days, free children under 14.

Großzügiges Haus mit schönem Pool und Garten

Wirklich großes Haus mit vollständig eingerichteter Küche, Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen und großen Bädern. Während des sehr heißen Monats Juli wäre eine Klimaanlage toll gewesen. Abkühlung bot der schöne und keinesfalls zu kleine Pool und der schattige Garten. Es sind genügend Liegen und Stühle im Garten und zwei überdachte Tische. Im Garten kann man tagsüber die Hauptstraße deutlich hören, nachts war es in den Schlafzimmern ruhig. Die beiden nahegelegenen Tanzlokale haben nur am Wochenende geöffnet und beenden die Musik um Mitternacht. Die beiden Hälften des Doppelhauses sind baulich so voneinander getrennt, dass man völlig ungestört ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche genossen.

Bonne vacance à Massarosa.

Bon acceuil du maitre de la demeure. Maison spacieuse et propre ,dommage manque la clim. Piscine agréable vue la chaleur. Situation bien pour visiter le nord de la toscane .Pas trop loin de Lucca Pise et Viareggio. Super ..!
