Fabulous master suite! Very clean, the host was wonderful. We even had 2 moose come to the yard one morning! Wonderful gathering spaces for the family!
Everything was terrific. Only thing that could be better were the pillows.

Everything was great. The property is super cute and comfortable, very clean, and had more than enough bedding toiletries, and kitchen supplies. The host is very kind and responsive. Our family loved staying there!
Our family of 8 adults enjoyed our stay in this very unique, comfortable, and well equipped home. The owner was great to work with and communicated well. The house is very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The central location and close proximity to downtown restaurants and nearby grocery stores made for a more relaxed stay. Thank you Beau!
There were 8 of us and the house was perfect for us. My son and his two sons slept upstairs. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms so my daughter, husband, and two granddaughters slept there. I slept in the bedroom in the basement. It was a nice location. Easy to get to downtown and the airport. We also went to Whittier, Kaitmai, Girdwood, and Talkeetna. We also enjoyed the firepit outside each evening. Wonderful time.

Very accommodating and he was more than generous for our late check out
Great property, extremely organized and clean, and great amenities. Beau was available all the time and eager to assist with all our needs.
I thank him for all his work and wish many other
Vrbo hosts could be educated by him.
The house was setup nice for 3 couples. Plenty of living space. The house was clean and well equipped. The manager was very easy to communicate with and responsive. We had a late flight and he offered to give us a late checkout since the house was not booked for that night. I am not familiar with Anchorage neighborhoods, the house seemed to be on the edge, great neighborhood on our side of the street and forward. But across the street seemed different. We had no issues and were close to downtown and everyplace we wanted to go to, including the airport. I would reccomend.
This unique property was spacious, wonderfully decorated and organized with everything we could possibly need for kicking off our multigenerational family Alaska adventure. Wish we could have stayed longer!

How disappointing that Cyrus did not give me a 5 star review. I went so far as to even bring a chest freezer to the house per his request for his fishing charter bounty!
Cyrus seemed to have a lot of negative things going on with his group but the home was in perfect condition for his stay. He went so far as to request an emergency counselor for his group at around 6:30 am during his stay. I actually researched out and got him contact with psychological assistance for his crew - which seems a bit above and beyond for a host! I was honestly worried about what might be going on at my house!
I have absolutely never heard of anyone complain about cleanliness in the home. Our cleaning crew is amazing and if they ever were to miss something, it would be immediately taken care of.
I regret that Cyrus had a difficult time during his travel. I do not believe my home was associated with any negative portion of his experience.
Our family of 10 LOVED our stay here! It is an adorable cabin that sleeps 10. It has been updated and decorated beautifully. The wood counters are stunning and the fire pit is perfect!
As advertised and good quality to price ratio. Beautiful furnishings and interior design.
See above.

Thanks for the review, Bill. I wonder what I could have done better to get more than 4 stars from you? You review seems to indicate everything you anticipated was provided. This is disappointing as I have always garnered five star reviews in the past. I never received any communication from you during your stay regarding any issues so I am not sure what you might have found lacking.

The home is absolutely beautiful with everything you could want on a vacation. The owner Beau was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
We wanted to stay in a central location that was walkable to downtown ( but far enough away to get our miles in ). This home was perfect for our intergenerational needs . Would definitely stay here again if back in Anchorage .
Love the location of this property! Seemed like everything was so close. We really enjoyed the real fireplace in the living room and the large shower heads. Nice large closets that were able to fit all of our winter gear. Would definitely stay at this property again.
If this listing is available for your trip book it now!
I can not say enough positive things about this house. We felt like we were at home. Everything that we could possibly think about needing was there. The little touches throughout are unbelievable.
9 of us stayed at this rental and we had plenty of room. We would gather in the living room and sit around laughing, snacking, and enjoying our trip. A well stocked kitchen, laundry, towels, extra blankets. You name it we found out. Due to our large group we have rented a 12 passenger van. The garage was large enough for us to park inside. That was so nice to not worry about having to defrost or plug in the vehicle.
Our main purpose for the trip was to see the Iditarod. We were literally minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the 2nd visitor spectator location for the ceremonial start. We opted to drive to the 2nd ceremonial location and see the mushers there.
If you are planning a trip to Anchorage and this house is available book it immediately! You won't regret it.
Excellent property, excellent location, and excellent owner
I choose this property based on its location and the amenities within the property and I was not disappointed. The property is inviting, cozy, with tons of warm colors and rich woods. It has a gourmet kitchen, plenty of space for a large family or several couple, top of the line TVs and appliances, and all located in the middle of Anchorage. Its an easy walk to downtown, or mid town. I plan to stay here every time I come to Anchorage
