Why they chose this property

Balch is a great lake community on the Maine/NH line with a vibrant summer community and beautiful fall scenery. We enjoy the community, scenery, lake views and local establishments year round!

What makes this property unique

The cove is a great way to be on a larger lake but away from noisy boat and jet ski traffic. Our property is wonderful for kids with a new spacious dock, floaties and lilly pad!
