About this property

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beautiful condo 1 mile from the beach! The master bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the second bathroom and living room. The unit comes with a washer and dryer, hairdryer in both bathrooms, 3 flat screen TV's (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room).
The complex offers free parking, a private balcony overlooking the pool and pond, a walking trail and 2 golf courses. Nearby, there is Broadways at the Beach which includes the Sky Wheel; The Nascar Complex which includes go-carts, amusements and mini-golf; a movie theatre; outlet shopping and much more! The dumpsters are nearby and garbage must be taken out throughout and at the conclusion of the stay or a fee will apply. Tenants must bring their own sheets, towels and toiletries; however, pillows and blankets are on property. Please call Barbara at 856-275-3799 for any questions and to book your stay! This unit is also available for a minimum 5 night stay as well.

Beautiful condo!

My son and I were in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect condo!! The condo is better than the incredible pictures. Very clean and centrally located to attractions and stores. Beautiful view of pond from back patio. I also felt very safe with security that monitors the complex 24/7. The owner was very helpful and great with communication. We can’t wait to stay here again!
