You will love sipping your coffee on our screened in back patio that overlooks the 13th hole of the Pine Hills golf course. Myrtlewood Villa is a prestigious golf community that boasts multiple outdoor pools and a paved walking/biking trail. Our 3 bed, 2 bath condo is very spacious and sleeps 8. Use our fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals or go out to the many restaurants nearby. Full washer and dryer inside unit. All the comforts of home including TVs in each bedroom and a 65" smart TV in the Living Room to enjoy as a group.

Our condo is all about location! We are located approx 1.5 miles to the beach and 1 mile to Broadway at the beach. Located just outside the city limits of Myrtle you will appreciate the quiet nights while still being close enough to enjoy the many attractions that Myrtle has to offer. This is also a golfer's dream with the golf course view and located near the many golf courses that the area has to offer.

No matter if you are looking for a family vacation or a Golf trip you will not be disappointed!

The condo was beautiful and clean. One of the pools on the property was just 2 condos down. Its a mile down the road to Broadway at the beach, a mile down the road to the ocean. Loved the location. We had questions, Sue was very fast at answering those questions. We would definitely recommend thos property to anyone.

Our family stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks. The listing was accurate and the grounds are well kept. The location was close to beaches, Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle. Our boys enjoyed the bike park down the road. There are plenty of walking trails and pool options for use. The patio area was perfect to watch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee. We will try and rent this property again when we return to the area.

This condo is stunning. It’s super clean and the location is great! It’s also beautifully decorated and very well stocked! They literally thought of everything!!! I have never seen a vacation rental that’s stocked as well as this one. Games, pots, pans, cups, bowls, a coffee maker….just everything! And the beds are so so comfortable. We can’t wait to go back.

This is our third year renting in this complex. This is a convenient area to stay and this unit was great. Kitchen very well equipped and comfortable beds. A few issues during stay for which owner was very responsive and resolved quickly.

Our stay here was so relaxing! This condo had everything we could have hoped for—it was neat, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated; the grounds around the complex were great for walking our dog; We enjoyed the easy short drive to the beach. We definitely would stay here again.

My family and I had a great time celebrating the New Year in Myrtle beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Being able to see the golfers in the afternoon was great. I absolutely appreciate the fact that all of the light switches were labeled. Location was great too! We will definitely go back!!

Myrtle Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and spacious. We loved the screened in porch and the first floor location. Our dogs love to sit on the porch and watch the golfers. The property is close to all MB activities. We hope to stay there again in the future!

With the love of golf and the beach this community and condo location was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We love the views and quiet community of Magnolia Pointe while being so close to the beautiful Grand Strand Beach! With plenty of restaurants and things to do there is always something for everyone!

What makes this property unique

The location! While so close to the beach and golf, our condo is also a prime location for Broadway at the Beach (1.5 miles away) as well as downtown Myrtle and the boardwalk. Our location also allows you to get to North Myrtle, including Barefoot Landing and the surrounding attractions with ease.
