You will love sipping your coffee on our screened in back patio that overlooks the 13th hole of the Pine Hills golf course. Myrtlewood Villa is a prestigious golf community that boasts multiple outdoor pools and a paved walking/biking trail. Our 3 bed, 2 bath condo is very spacious and sleeps 9. Use our fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals or go out to the many restaurants nearby. Full washer and dryer inside unit. All the comforts of home including TVs in each bedroom and a 65" smart TV in the Living Room to enjoy as a group.

Our condo is all about location! We are located approx 1.5 miles to the beach and 1 mile to Broadway at the beach. Located just outside the city limits of Myrtle you will appreciate the quiet nights while still being close enough to enjoy the many attractions that Myrtle has to offer. This is also a golfer's dream with the golf course view and located near the many golf courses that the area has to offer.

No matter if you are looking for a family vacation or a Golf trip you will not be disappointed!

This is our third year renting in this complex. This is a convenient area to stay and this unit was great. Kitchen very well equipped and comfortable beds. A few issues during stay for which owner was very responsive and resolved quickly.

We spent Spring Break at this beautiful property that looks exactly like the pics! In GREAT location! Unit is decorated so beautiful, beds, couches all so comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans, utensils everything you could need. 3bdrm ground floor Unit not easy to come by n it was perfect for my family!

Wonderful Myrtle Beach location!

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked for everything we needed for our month long stay. Our hosts, the Stums were attentive and helpful, always responded quickly to any request…. With the love of golf and the beach this community and condo location was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We love the views and quiet community of Magnolia Pointe while being so close to the beautiful Grand Strand Beach! With plenty of restaurants and things to do there is always something for everyone!

What makes this property unique

The location! While so close to the beach and golf, our condo is also a prime location for Broadway at the Beach (1.5 miles away) as well as downtown Myrtle and the boardwalk. Our location also allows you to get to North Myrtle including Barefoot Landing and the surrounding attractions with ease.
