Overall a Very nice stay

Property was easy to find. Check in process went smooth room was pretty clean. Sofa beds were not comfortable at all for the kids but regular beds were comfortable. It was nice having kitchen area. It was nice having connecting rooms as we had three families that were together. My biggest concern was the strong chemical smell at the pool area. Overall was a pleasant stay and would stay again just have more beds instead of using sofa sleepers

Pretty good

The layout worked well for our three families to stay together but still have some privacy. The 2 yo and 4 yo loved the large jacuzzi tub for bath time. (No one else used them.) The WiFi was seemed unstable most of the time. Other than that it was a nice place to stay, nice playground, pool and exercise room. We had enough pots, pans, and dishes using what was in all three kitchens. Thanksgiving dinner turned out well. The stacked washer/dryers we very handy to have. Grand Crowne is centrally located making getting around easy.

We booked 2 condos under same name which we have for like the last 4 years or more and this time they put us in different buildings. I had senior citizens that had to walk across parking lots and up and down stairs to be with family for Thanksgiving. The most frustrating part is they didn’t cate and dodnt try to make it right. Then they wanted me to attend a presentation. NOT!The

Fantastic for families!

Overall we LOVED this property and set up with 3 connecting rooms! We had 7 adults and 2 younger children which made this perfect. We plan to make this an annual return as well. In the 3 room connection there are 5 toilets, 4 showers, 3 sets of washer/dryers, 3 full kitchens of different sizes and so much room! Our host was very responsive and helpful every step of the way from booking, arriving, and departing - thank YOU! Our only somewhat negative feedback is what others have said - the couch/sleeper sofas are not comfortable. If you plan to use any of them, we would recommend bringing an air mattress. This is no fault to the host, just an observation. Also, the indoor pool water was cold - it was most likely the timing but just an observation. Again - we absolutely LOVED this place and plan to return 1-2x/year as a family. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and stay!!

Deceiving pictures; Terrible condition!

I try to be understanding of facilities and vendors but this situation was horrible. First, the pictures on this listing aren’t those of the actual facility. The entire condo had different, used up, damaged, and much cheaper than pictured. The entire assortment of kitchen ware was 6 plates three bowls and some silverware. When we arrived we discovered that 2 toilets didn’t have seats: maintenance fixed it but refused to address the non working ac unit in unit a. The presence of mildew was so strong one member of our party spent the entire trip fighting allergies to the building. I received 4 calls from the resort before arriving wanting to know our ETA. The resort just didn’t seem to have their act together until it was time to try and sell me a time share. Frankly: This was the worst VRBO property I have ever used!

Nice property and location!

We did have an issue with the heater in the units. Part of this reason was due to Power going out on one of the coldest nights I can ever remember. The unit could never catch up on heating and we did have to sleep with the units hovering around 61 degrees both nights we stayed. We informed the front desk and maintenance showed up right away but offered no fix and said there was really nothing they could do. I would stay again as long as I knew that we would just not have to experience the heat issues. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and well furnished. We had 11 people in the 3 units and it was very roomy. Also, they allowed us to check into the property early since we had to travel ahead of the weather for our stay.

Everything promises and more!

The 3-unit condo was huge! We were expecting one king bed and two queens; instead we had three kings, as well as FIVE bathrooms! So much room, the 4 kids has plenty of room to play. We cooked our huge Thanksgiving meal and it was so easy. Also very much enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. The location was central to everything. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Decent family lodging

The condo was large for the price and had comfortable accommodations for 9 people. Check in was fairly easy but front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier in my opinion. The only minor issue we had with the room itself was that the spa tub in the bedroom would randomly come on. The main components of the condo were clean for example the bedding, dishes, table, counter etc... however the condo could use a deep cleaning as there were large stains on the carpet, cobwebs and dust in corners and unused areas etc... overall we had a good stay and would book again.
