Waterfront brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage fully furnished with high-end finishings for you to enjoy. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room overlooking the scenic Sou-West River. The living room has cable TV and there is high-speed internet with wifi. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and a full ensuite bathroom featuring a custom tile glass shower. The other 3 bedrooms all have queen-sized beds. The large wrap-around deck is where you'll want to spend your time! The grass is just seeded but there is lots of room at the bottom for kids to play or walk to the beach and watch the kids search for sea glass for hours! Gorgeous firepit to enjoy in the evenings. !

An amazing and very special place!

We had the best week staying at the cottage on Lady Bug Lane. The check-in process was seamless, the cottage was spotless, and the views were amazing! Darcy was also very quick and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon.

Wonderful summer getaway

Stayed for four weeks in July/August 2023. Wonderful place for a summer family holiday on the Island. Beautiful, brand new house with everything you need, stunning views and great location. A perfect home base to see the best of PEI. Darcy was an excellent and communicative host, helpful when needed and reliable. Thanks again!

Perfect Vacation

The house could not have been more perfect for our vacation! Clean and comfortable! Has everything you need for a carefree, relaxing getaway. Short drives to so many beautiful towns, restaurants, beaches and adventures. Darcy was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this home!

Peaceful getaway

Had an amazing time at the cottage. We brought our kayaks and paddleboard that we used everyday. The deck is perfect for sipping your coffee in the morning or relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Darcy is quick to response and tries his best to make your stay as perfect as possible. I would recommend bringing some fans if you're renting in the summer months. The AC is great for the main living area but does not reach the bedrooms. Definitely recommend this place!
