Constructed during the winter of 2020 Long River Estate is currently a six bedroom, three full bath executive waterfront home centrally located on the Sou- West River in Long River PEI. This home sleeps 16 people and has an open concept living room gourmet kitchen with propane cooktop, quartz counter and custom built cabinets. The open concept also offers a propane fireplace and an amazing view of the Sou- West River. The walk out basement also consists of large family room with tv and fireplace. This property is nestled on over an acre and a half of waterfront property on beautiful Prince Edward Island. Newly constructed this spring is an inground pool with deep end along with large cement deck to enjoy all the summer outdoors.
