In a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). 160 m long narrow motor access. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 1 km, grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Brienz" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 17 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Giessbach Wasserfälle. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg, Brienz Axalp. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Haslital, Rosenlaui. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Disliked: Communication
Can't beat the view, though transit options are limited to get to Brienz itself. The apartment itself is very cozy and welcoming. Dining and shopping options are only in town, and most close quite early. The key holder onsite did not speak English (luckily we had someone who could speak some German), and the laundry machine was not readily available in the unit (it was available only through the key holder). All written communication from company was in German, with no option to change/update preference.

Superbe logement dans un cadre magnifiqu

Nous avons été sous le charme ppur ce logement dans ce chalet si typique , avec la tres belle vue sur le lac de Brienz. L accueil est très sympathique, la propriétaire parle un peu français, et été très accueillante. Je recommanderai sans hésitation ce logement.

Magnifique vue

Mon mari, mon fils et moi-même avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement sur les dessus de Brienz. La vue est époustouflante et on a pu en profiter tous les jours! L'appartement se situe au dernier étage du chalet. L'endroit est spacieux et propre, il faisait très calme dans la rue. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et recommandons ce chalet à qui veut profiter de Brienz au calme!

Prachtige reis gehad

Het appartement is zeer net, ruim, en voorzien van een vernieuwde keuken+badkamer. De ontvangst was hartelijk. We konden ook alle vragen stellen, altijd vriendelijk geholpen. Het ligt op +-2km van Brienz, in een rustig dorpje zonder winkels. Wij houden daarvan. Over het terras heb je een fantastisch zicht op de Brienzersee. Het terras is traditioneel, en wel klein om met 4 personen te eten. Ik slaap liever zachter, maar dat is persoonlijk. Wij zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw hier boeken! Bedankt!

Tolles Urlaubserlebnis

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, das Bad sogar ganz neu. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon traumhaft. Eine E-Ladestation (6A, 3-phasig) ist vorhanden und wurde gegen Stromkostenübernahme zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage etwas außerhalb mit Blick zum See genial. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat Luft nach oben: Äußerst veralteter Herd zB, kein Schneidbrett, keine Decke für die WZ-Couch, Handtücher sind kleiner als klein, Waschmaschine im Keller kann nicht selbst verwendet werden - das will die Vermieterin nicht, die noch dazu "Müllkontrollen" durchgeführt...

Typiquement Suisse!

Bel appartement dans une maison typiquement Suisse avec une magnifique vue sur le lac Brienz et les montagnes. Grand, bien équipé et dans un coin très paisible. Nous avons été bien reçues par la propriétaire qui habite dans le même bâtiment.

Prachtig uitzicht en een mooi appartement.

De woning is ruim, heeft keurige voorzieningen (waaronder een prachtige douche) ien prachtig uitzicht op het meer en het hooggebergte aan de achterzijde. Geen doorgaand verkeer dus lekker rustig, maar niet geisoleerd.
