Hello,
I'm originally from sun - soaked LA, but spent 8yrs in Geneva Switzerland, New York City for 12 mos, Santa Monica for 5yrs and now Oakland for 3.5yrs. I love being active and outside - Surfing, biking, hiking and skiing are some of my favorite things to do. A perfect day would be a bike ride in the morning, a sail at sunset, and then, in the evening, dinner and live music with close friends. Always looking for the next big adventure / challenge with a stay 'in the moment' perspective!

Why they chose this property
I bought this property because it's quiet, the proximity to city hot spots and nature. Within a few minutes drive, you can take a stroll around Lake Merritt, have a glass at a neighborhood brewery or take a hike in one of the most beautiful redwood forests while taking in a stunning view of downtown Oakland and SF!
What makes this property unique
There is high speed fiber internet with easy street parking and new LG laundry machines! Plus, it's also equipped with a whole house water filter for crystal clean water -- free from all pollutants for drinking, showering and cooking straight out of the faucet!
