Unit 'B' - the upstairs of the quaint Coastal Charmer home - is over 800 square feet.
There is ample space to spread out and relax - a perfect setting for longer stays or for a working vacation. Multiple skylights in the living room bring in ample sunlight. Based on availability, jointly booking the downstairs Unit 'A' (VRBO #2718485) and the detached cottage Unit 'C' (VRBO #2863858) can accommodate a total occupancy of twelve people for large groups or multiple families.
Enjoy ocean breezes from the large wooded lot to views of the marsh and North River, with Cumberland Island in the distance.
Bike or walk only six blocks through a quiet neighborhood to the St. Marys waterfront, where you can board the ferry to Cumberland Island, enjoy shopping and restaurants, stroll to historic sites, launch a kayak or put your boat on the water. Rent a golf cart or E-bike to venture across the entirety of the downtown area.
The property is a half-acre lot, so bring your boat and park next to where you stay!! There is a public boat ramp within 3 blocks of the house, and another one at the downtown waterfront. The St. Marys and North Rivers boast excellent year round fishing and boating and provide easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and nearby Fernandina Beach waterfront within 15 minutes.

Good communication, convenient location for walking to waterfront area, quiet nbhd. I appreciated the furnishings and artwork, not "IKEA" but perhaps family pieces. The only downside, annoying noseeum little nats outside so I didn't use the lovely porch as much as I would have otherwise, certainly not the owner's fault!

Had everything needed for a short stay in St Mary’s prior to a camping trip to Cumberland Island. Would love to stay longer and enjoy the town. Comfy bed and cozy living room. Highly recommend.

Quick visit to see our granddaughter

My husband and I came to visit our daughter/son-in-law and granddaughter who live down the road—location was perfect, we walked to Kraken Coffee every morning and walked to church Saturday night. Lots of restaurants close by. A beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property was perfect for us, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed,as we did cook a lot. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Convenient to Historic District and Ferry Landing

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was just right for our needs. It was clean and check in and out was smooth. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is that it was advertised as having a sofa sleeper with linens provided. Long story short, there were no linens for the sofa bed. The hosts were very quick to respond and apologetic when I reached out. But no sheets were made available the first night. They said we'd have them the next day. We came back from a long (but fun!) day on Cumberland Island and were looking forward to getting to bed early (we are naturally early to bed folks). It took a couple hours to hear from the hosts and were told the cleaning person would be by within an hour. She finally came after 9pm. There were sheets in a locked cabinet in the apartment. It had a combo lock so, really, they could have given us access to check that the first night and then changed the combination! Other than this lack of resolving an issue quickly I would give this a higher rating. It's a very cute place, stocked well and convenient to the things we wanted to do.
