Obviously Luxurious means Dirty

Pool was dirty. Lied and said it was cleaned that morning. Pool man came the next morning and said owner was told 3 days prior pool was not up to standard and refuses to buy the correct supplies because of the pricing of supplies so they try and work with her.

This woman did nothing but complain since the moment she arrived. The pool was cleaned at 8 am on date of arrival and recleaned again for her the next morning by my same pool company who I have used for a very long time . I have never had any issues or complaints until this woman showed up trying to get a refund after she stayed entire stay and enjoyed the pool. I don’t have to buy supplies because they bring their own . She is the type of guest that u don’t want staying on your property. I do not recommend booking with her.
