Mountain House - 2 Bedroom Villa with Pool and Ocean Views

This fabulous house is nestled in the mountains, only 15 minutes from the beaches of Samara, and it is the definition of a peaceful retreat. Come here to be alone and write your novel, relax, or to spend quality time as a family. Situated on 20 acres of private land, filled with a variety of fruit trees (coffee, chili peppers, star fruit, plantains, lime, papaya and more) you will experience the most breathtaking sunsets and the natural beauty of Costa Rica immersed in the sights and sounds of nature.

The space
The house has luxury finishes and fixtures, an open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area and abundant outdoor space. The two bedrooms each feature their own private baths, and comfortable beds. There is plenty of closet and storage space.

While the inside of the house is lovely and comfortable, it is the outdoor space which makes this home truly unique. This house has stunning ocean & mountain views and is surrounded by immaculately maintained grounds. The pool looks out across the jungle mountains towards to the ocean.

The property is fenced and gated.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, pool, patio, and 20 acre property. You can hike around the area. There are waterfalls which can be accessed by a short hike down the hill.

Our property is a 20-acre farm with endless views of the mountains and pacific ocean. We are a working farm with many different fruits, herbs and even stingless Mariola bees. We have beautiful hiking trails to the river, waterfalls and a beautiful open lot for campfires, celebrations and some of Guanacastes best sunsets.
