You will enjoy the game room and everything you need to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, body boards, beach wagon). The air conditioned garage game room with air hockey, ping pong, arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, tables, and chairs.

Cocoa Beach Break is a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a great open floor plan, working space, and a fun game room. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of historic downtown Cocoa Beach, this custom decorated house is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. Enjoy the beach and great downtown restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It's just 3-1/2 blocks to the beach and only 2 blocks to the 4th Street Fillin Station - a great local restaurant and ice cream parlor. It's a perfect getaway for families and couples!

We're in a great location that is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to the beach, river, and downtown Cocoa Beach area with restaurants, bars, and shops. We've converted the garage into an air conditioned/heated game room with ping pong, air hockey, an arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, and tables and stools. The beautifully landscaped backyard features a heated salt water pool, tiki hut, outdoor dining, lounging, and seating areas, and Weber BBQ grill.
