Located in the heart of South Beach enjoy walking distance from the cities greatest restaurants, attractions, and beach. The condo has a view overlooking the city. Luxury amenities. Kitchen fully equipped.

GUEST ACCESS:
ACCESS CARDS: $100 EACH PER PERSON/PER STAY

**AMENITIES ACCESS CARDS are extra charged $100.- each. per person/per stay (not per day)**

Access cards must be paid when requesting them, since they are requested well in advance and without payment they do not issue cards. Once you've booked payment info will be send.
Full names of all guests and frontal pictures are requested to create cards (without sunglasses). This must be send 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. Payment too. Without payment we don't request cards to the office.
If you send pictures WHILE you're in the building or 1 DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL you won't get cards. NO EXCEPTIONS.
~CARDS GIVES YOU ACCESS TO One Palace Condo & 1 HOTEL but THIS DOESN'T MEAN AMENITIES ARE FREE CHARGE.
**ADDITIONAL amenities and fees:

~ Gym & Spa : days and prices will be arranged according to the guest's request
~ Lounge chairs on the beach- Delivered in Roney side - $10.- per person/per day. Beach bar offers a discount for registered Roney guests.
~ Laundry machine.
~ Parking range $ 28/ $ 55 Upon request only. If not, you might not have an available parking spot.
~ Daily cleaning is not included in the rate but is available upon request for an additional fee
~ Gourmet Chef service at home or frozen Gourmet menu (take away) Option available upon request.

If it's a last minute booking, guest take the risk of not accessing 1HOTEL amenities. Nevertheless ALL NAMES must be send Asap to be registered in RONEY system.
