This is a private residence inside the 1 Hotel & Residences (not the Roney Palace). You have access to same amenities as hotel guests, except daily housekeeping and room service. Our residences are larger than most hotel units and come furnished with the hotel's furniture package. Our rates are up to 60% off hotel's advertised rates.

1 Hotel South Beach is a high-end eco-luxury hotel for sophisticated travelers. This one-of-a-kind hotel is inspired by nature offering 600 ft of beach along the Atlantic Ocean and designed for comfort using reclaimed materials.

With seven restaurants to choose from, you may never want to leave the hotel: Watr at the 1 Rooftop, Wave at 1 Beach Club, Planthouse, Neighbors, The Sandbox, Drift, and Habitat.

The hotel offers four pools including the famous adults-only rooftop pool, extensive sandy beaches with beach lounges and cabanas, world famous Bamford Wellness Spa and a 14,000 Sq Ft Anatomy Gym.

The Space

You will be staying at a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, 868 Sq Ft luxury residence with large, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Residence is located on the 10th floor, facing West with a panoramic view from the comfort of the bed. The residence comes fully furnished and equipped with the 1 Hotel furniture package, just like hotel rooms. King sized bed in the bedroom and comfortable queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom and living room each have their own TV (The TV in the living room area is a smart TV). Wifi and cable TV included. Private balcony with ocean views. Washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit. Residence comes fully equipped with bed linens, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies.

We can provide the following items/services, based on availability and for a fee. You must reserve it in advance.

Baby crib: $30/night
Pack & Play: $30/night
Highchair: $15/night


Guests of the 1 Hotel Residences have access to all the hotel amenities and facilities just like a hotel guest with the exception of In Room Dinning Service and Daily Housekeeping. Turnaround Service is available for a fee of $100 per service and must be requested in advance; this includes making beds, replacing towels, removing trash, and light cleaning. A full cleaning service is also available during your stay at a cost of $200 for one-bedroom units and $250 for two-bedroom units, which includes replacement of all linens and towels as well as full bathroom and kitchen cleaning. For reservations of seven (7) days or more, a weekly full cleaning service is mandatory to ensure continued comfort and a pristine environment throughout your stay. All applicable cleaning fees will be collected after the booking has been confirmed.

For reservations 30 days or less, valet parking is $65 + taxes/night (with in and out privileges).

AUDI E-TRON CAR

Guest can move around Miami Beach using the free Audi E-Tron car, available on a first come first served basis, exclusively to the 1 Hotel Residence's guests (within a 3-mile ratio from the hotel, drop off only)

HOTEL RESORT FEE

There is a resort fee of $66 + taxes per night, payable by the guest at check-in. The resort fee will grant you access to all amenities listed below. Also, Front desk will authorize your credit card for $200/day (up to 7 days), to cover for any incidentals and Misc charges.

Four swimming pools, hot tub, free beach service with umbrellas and chairs (first come first serve), hotel restaurants and bars, kid's club (for an additional fee), gym, spa, concierge services, free transportation on an Audi E-tron car, first come first served basis, within a 3-mile ratio from the hotel, drop off only.

Unless previously arranged, the resort fee charge will be deducted from the security deposit if it was not paid at check-in.
