Winter Retreat

The place was everything you could ask for in a moderate to long term stay. Location was in walking distance to everything on Clearwater Beach. View from sun room, exceptional, started each morning there. Owners very pleasant and available. Above and beyond what they provide in the unit. Generally care about your quality of your stay. Will stay again. Thank you again to both of you.

A Gem!

This property is absolutely lovely in all aspects. Beautifully furnished and comfortable as well. The beds! So comfortable. Everything you’ll need for your stay is at your fingertips. No need for a car. We walked everywhere or hopped on the Trolley to explore (all the way to Tarpon Springs!) The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I’m already missing my morning coffee looking out at the inter coastal as the area wakes up. We especially enjoyed spotting the dolphins. Location, location, location! Clearwater Point is a stones throw from the trolly, restaurants, shopping, and beaches.

The location of this beachfront condo is the best. Located in the Clearwater Point community, there are 3 great pools, a hot tub, a private beach and grilling area. Walk to all the restaurants, bars, the marina and Pier 60!
