Beautiful and quiet apartment

Find relaxation & tranquility at this lovely clean, ground floor condo, mere steps from a wonderful pool area, in a secure gated resort style complex, complete with gym & business center with internet access.

7 mins drive to beach, 25 mins to Tampa Int'l Airport & 15 mins to St Pete's Airport & within easy reach of all that this wonderful part Florida has to offer. 45 mins to Bush Gardens & 90 mins drive to Orlando theme parks. Publix supermarket and eateries are within walking distance - making this an excellent location from which to either explore Florida further or totally indulge in rest & relaxation - a variety of malls are a short drive away.

The condo is fully equipped with all that you will need to enjoy your vacation. TV's in living area (also has a DVD player) & bedroom, with bed linen, queen sofa, and an electronic blow up bed, (this is quite comfortable) basic cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, washer & dryer in the unit & patio furniture.There is also plenty of storage, with an en suite bathroom leading to a large walk in closet for your convenience.

We adore Florida and we adore our condo, which we hope will be evident when you stay at the property.

Please be sure to check our availability calendar prior to making your enquiry and booking, January to March there is a minimum rental period of one month ( all other periods six night/one week is the minimum rental) and please be aware that we need 2 weeks notice minimum for bookings so as to allow resort checks to be completed prior to your stay.

Awesome apartment

Such a lovely place. Perfect for a couple. Pamela was very communicative and a delight to work with! The unit was well stocked and lovely. The heated pool was awesome in mid October!

Great Condo Find

Overall great experience. Pool was busy at peak times but calmed down later In evenings. Location was great for getting around. Traffic was tolerable in the area. Plenty of good places to eat. Getting out to the beach was easy. Really busy though. The Condo was nice and cozy.

Overall excellent experience

I had everything I needed for my stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the space is exactly how it is pictured. The community is friendly and safe. I was only a few steps from the pool but just far enough to not be bothered at all by any noise. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place and location

We had a week stay at the condo. It had everything we needed and was easily accessible to the pool. It was clean and the size worked for our family of 3. We spent time at Clearwater Beach with a quick 15 minute drive as well as ventured to other beach areas too. Having a cooler and beach chairs was great. The girls loved using the pool noodles too. Pamela was responsive to emails making the entire rental process seamless and easy.

Very Nice accommodations!

Very clean. Everything we needed was there including beach gear which is a 10 minute ride to Clearwater Beach. Very centralized with more restaurants than you can possibly go to. The bedroom cable wasn’t working and within a half hour of our call the owner was there and had it fixed with a call to the cable company. Very responsive. We would definitely return to this rental.

Amazing Condos!!!

We went to Clearwater in December and spent Christmas there, we had a wonderful time! The weather was wonderful (around 25-30 degrees C) and the condo was very close to the beach.The decor of the condo was beautiful and it comprised of everything we needed. The pool was magnificent and the water was warm! Thank you Kevin and Pamela for making our stay unforgettable! Definitely recommend the condos!! Pavkovic from Canada! :)

Perfect Condo Close to the Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your condo. Exceptional condo and very good amenities. It was very close to the main strip in Clearwater and the Clearwater beach as well as San Kay State Park.

Rental at Avalon in Clearwater

Very nice, quiet comfortable apartment. Very well equipped, clean. Bed was comfortable, living room relaxing. It’s a good location for getting to fun spots like Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, honeymoon Island and other very nice beaches. The area surrounding the complex wasn’t so great, but we were close to everything we needed to get to for fun. The complex itself was very nice.

Loved the pool

Unit was as described. Convenient to downtown, grocery store. ,My husband and I biked from the facility to the Pinellas Trail without having to load up our bikes onto the car. Beach was a short drive if we didn’t want to bike. Lots of restaurants in the area or a short drive away. The pool was awesome.

Lovely apartment for quiet holidays

A cozy, nice furnished and well equipped apartment. The location is quiet and just some minutes away from the Clearwater beaches. The communication with the host was very good, all information were detailed and sent well in advance. I’d absolutely recommend the apartment!

Fun in Florida

We enjoyed a quiet relaxing stay in this condo. It is nicely located ~20 minute drive from Clearwater beach (depending on traffic) but not close to and high speed roads. That means a nice quiet stay where we could either do a beach or pool day with little to no planning!
