Located in "Midtown" Coeur d'Alene this 5 bedroom, 2 bath rancher with a 75% finished basement will be sure to remind you of your Mother's house, or maybe even Grandma's. Decorated in Mid-Modern Decor, original wood floors, comfortable memory foam beds, coffee maker, POPCORN Bar all the kids (and parents love). Fall golf trip

Great location near all the downtown restaurants and 10 minutes away from the all of the golf courses in Coeur d'Alene.

Why they chose this property

This is a spacious property. It's by no mean's fancy, and often reminds me of my Grandma's house when I'm there but we wanted to keep it economical for guests to visit. We have made recent upgrades including mini splits in each of the 3 bedrooms on the main floor for ultra comfort. Each bed is memory foam, with all blankets, linens, towels, etc provided.
