Our unique location allows you to walk to nearly everything and truly experience this stunning California mountain town. Don't let us forget to mention the fast & reliable fiber internet that we just installed in 2022.
We are an independent small boutique hotel in a historic building and this loft is the premier suite in the entire property. The entire building was professionally renovated in 2022 so everything is newly furnished. The spaces are clean, airy, and beautiful. All of our rooms are non-smoking and this room does not allow pets. If you are traveling with a pet, please reserve Room 102 (our only pet friendly room).
Guests will be sent a unique door code prior to arrival for self check-in. Please note this suite is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Suite 101 and Suite 102.
Located at a lively intersection downtown (that turns very sleepy by 10 pm), literally nearly every one of Mt Shasta's best spots are within walking distance! Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The people are very accommodating, the property was very well kept and clean updated in modern..
Only thing I would say is you have to take the stairs to get to the rooms.. and parking you have to park down the street where your vehicle is not safe, the parking itself has plenty of room, but it is out in the element.
There is a very nice coffee shop down below that you can enter from the property itself, which is nice and there is a police station right on the corner of the street which does make you feel safe and safer about letting your car sit outside
The property is immaculate. Beautifully finished, shows like new. Extremely clean. Great care was taken to prepare a relaxing and convenient stay. Firm bed. Wonderful shower pressure. Quiet building. Best location available. Parking options very convenient. The only negative would be the train which runs frequently throughout the night and early morning. The horn is a disruption. The owners know this and had ear plugs and a sound machine next to the bed in an attempt to soften the blow. Frankly, everything was so wonderful, including the communications with management we received, that we were willing to give the train a pass. I think you hear that horn no matter where you are staying so it’s not something you can get away from. Rent this property with peace of mind that you’ve made a great decision.
