A warm welcome to our home—now run by the third generation of our family—located on a beautiful, quiet south-facing slope at the foot of the Zellerberg. Three comfortably furnished vacation apartments of varying sizes await you. Our spacious south/east-facing balconies with unobstructed mountain views—of our local mountain, the Rauschberg, as well as the Loferer Steinberge in Tyrol, Austria, in the distance—invite you to relax and unwind. The 18-hole golf course, biking and hiking trails, and extensive cross-country skiing trails are all in the immediate vicinity; tennis courts, an indoor tennis facility, a horseback riding center, and shopping are also nearby. Free parking at our house is a given, as is free Wi-Fi.
Your benefit: We are a partner of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transportation, such as regional buses and the Bayerische Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. This way, you can experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offerings. Upon request, we’d be happy to send you additional information and the detailed terms of use.

You can go skiing and biking nearby. The Chiemgau Arena is 6 km from the apartment.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub (trotz häufigen Regen) und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern und vom Balkon ist sehr wohltuend. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erlebnis Chiemgau
Eine sehr schöne, erlebnisreiche Woche in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung.
Gastgeber sehr freundlich, Wohnung sehr gut, Wetter traumhaft. Wir besuchten den Chiemsee zum Baden und fuhren auf die Inseln. Durch die Chiemgau Karte hatten wir etliche Vergünstigungen, wie freier Museumsbesuch und Fahrt mit der Bergbahn.
Alles sehr zu empfehlen.
