Get away for a few days and enjoy some time in this remodeled studio, just 2 blocks from the heart of it all and wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker and go exploring! Afterward, come back and relax in your own private hot tub! Did we mention the location? This studio is in our beloved historic district just steps to all the festivals and festivities Fredericksburg is known for. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites. to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit.
