This adorably appointed cottage located on 6 acres of woods is ideal for couples and for stargazing! The incredible outdoor space includes an enormous fireplace, private hot tub, lovely landscaping, Weber grill, beautiful outdoor furniture & hammock! Inside you'll find a cozy ambient fireplace, designer decor, full kitchen, wonderful king canopy bed with lush linens, & shower for two! Coco Casita is the ideal couples escape! Simply romantic! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

Note: While our listing does indicate "Cooking basics," this specifically includes pots and pans, but not cooking oil or salt/pepper.



- A Regular and Keurig coffee maker provided plus coffee grounds, a reusable k-cup, cream and sugar are provided. Kettle also provided!

- Gas BBQ Grill provided

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.



Firewood is provided for outdoor fireplace.



- Please DO NOT feed any stray cats or animals when at the rental. We are trying our best to keep any stray animals away from the rental as much as possible.

We had a great time at this cozy cabin in the woods. The size was just perfect as was the peaceful seclusion just outside of town. We watched 6 deer graze and play both mornings within 50’ of the patio. Great place for a refreshing getaway.

Tranquil Stay

The property is very cute and peaceful. I enjoyed the wildlife. With it being out of town it requires just a bit more planning for activities but worth it to have the privacy.

This is one of our favorite properties that we have used in our visits to Fredricksurg. This property is the perfect blend of luxury and country, making it an ideal romantic getaway. While it feels wonderfully private and secluded, it's just a quick drive to Main Street and all the vineyards. The hot tub was a livesaver as we returned daily from our adventures. No doubt that we will return in the future

Perfect Romantic getaway

I loved the design and thoughtful placement of each piece on the property. It was private, quiet and relaxing. It was the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. Will definitely book this property again.

Coco Casita

Property is very nice and is located about a 10 minute drive from Fredericksburg. Very peaceful setting for those wanting to get away. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were great to have as we were able to enjoy some outdoor time in the hot tub gazing at the stars. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Perfect escape!

We often stay in town when we come to FB but this time chose to escape the town. It’s just a short drive. This casita is perfectly stocked (minus a toaster, highly possible we overlooked it) and exactly as the listing states. The bed was super comfortable. The outside hot tub and scenery was magical! We will be back.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Fredericksburg & this little casita served as the perfect romantic homebase for us! The home itself is quaint, and beautiful. The property was so private & made us feel like we were in a world all our own! The hot tub functioned perfectly as did the outdoor fireplace (and everything needed to light fire was provided). Pity we couldn't stay here longer!

Close to perfection!

This was hands down the best location we’ve been to, and we’ve been to a LOT of places! The furnishings were comfortable, instructions were clear, everything was super duper clean. The water pressure was awesome, we loved all the pots and pans and the novel kitchen sink. The disposable house shoes were a LOVELY unexpected addition, too! The seclusion was just what we were looking for, and the spa already being heated and ready was a real pleasure. Bedding was superb comfy, and tasteful. Everything was just super close to perfect!

Perfect for Quiet Get Away!

This little gem was a delight to stay in. We went for our 20th Anniversary and could not have been happier with our choice. It is just north of the city about 10 minutes and super quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer in the morning and in the evening from the hot tub as the sun sank, THEN the stars that are so bright and too numerous to count. Sadly we never lit the outdoor fire place but wood & starter were provided. The interior is beautiful and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and we want to know the brand of sheets, because they were amazing! Coffee, both ground & pods were provided, the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. They specifically state this is a NO Pet property but there were 3 cats that were routinely on the porch. There was honestly nothing we didn't like and if we take a trip to Fred again we will surely check this location for availability.

Hi Cindy, i’m glad you enjoyed your overall stay! Please know those cats are strays, we have tried multiple times to remove them from the area, but some return. Unfortunately, we don’t have much control over stray animals. You’re correct, this property is not pet friendly. We ask guests to not feed any strays to prevent them from coming back. Please know those strays are not allowed inside under any means and this is told to guests on check in instructions. We hope to have you visit again, thank you!
