Curl up in the cozy reading nook where you can soak in the fantastic views from the picture window, relax in the private hot tub and lounge in the luxurious king-size bed with the fireplace on!

The Space:
Amazing treehouse immerse on the natural beauty of the hill country with private hot tub. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

- Walk-in shower only (no bathtub)
- The Keurig was replaced by a regular coffee maker
- Chopsticks not provided. Basic dishes and silverware are provided.
- There is parking available outside your rental, no more than 2 cars are permitted. You can only park outside your rental unit in the designated area.
- 700 sqft

Guest have full access to the treehouse and hot tub area.

This cabin is 15 minutes from Downtown Fredericksburg but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due the house being outside in the hill country , and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.

- Security Camera is to the right of the outside light. It is pointed down the stairs towards the parking area. There is also a gate camera at the entrance.

Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I had the opportunity to enjoy a long weekend getaway to celebrate our 9th Anniversary. I searched and searched and finally stumbled upon this property. The photos from the property listing were accurate and not misleading; if anything, the property is nicer than the photos show. We really enjoyed the property and the amenities. We definitely want to go back.
