Watching the Sun rice in the early morning to watching the stars at night. We are located on 53 acres just 3 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Featuring countryside views from the porch, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with a king size bed and full size bathroom also 6 person hot tub. Each room in the cottage is decorated beautifully with fine art and furnishings. Towels and linens are provided. Fredericksburg has great restaurants, shopping and wine tours.

We absolutely LOVED this cottage. It’s very peaceful and secluded, just how I wanted it to be. The house is small but it came equipped with EVERYTHING including snacks. We really appreciated that. The only thing is, there’s no tv in the bedroom, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Communication was great by the host when I needed her. They have a cute lil book where people who’ve stayed there, can sign. I forgot to do so before I left. I’d definitely book here again.

This was such a cozy little house! Booked for our 2nd anniversary! Perfect for a little privacy, while also close enough to wineries and things in town. Our dog loved running in the wildflowers in the side yard!

The Host was very helpful. Check in and out was great. The house was very clean and cozy. Very peaceful and quiet… loved the location, it is very convenient to everything. Hot tub a plus. Kitchen was stocked with necessities & even snacks . A Home away from home. Will definitely be back!

The house is in a wonderful location just outside of town. Very quiet which is nice after being downtown all day. The host provided lots of amenities in the kitchen that were appreciated. It was too hot outside for the hot tub but it is a nice perk. The eclectic art on the walls made for some interesting conversation. The bed was comfortable as well. The only minor thing is the wall air conditioners run non-stop and are a bit noisy but you eventually block it out and it does provide some good white noise while you sleep but you have to turn the TV way up to hear it. Would stay again and it was a good value.
