Welcome to BOHO funky bunk! This 110 year old home is a former shotgun home that features an enlarged footprint to create an open floorplan and two bedrooms and bathroom. We also have an extra sleeping space off the kitchen that features a double bed. Charming original windows, hardwood floors, and original hardware.

New!!! Corwins Outback….game room located in garage complete w a mini fridge, chairs, fooseball table, darts, a tv to watch the game!, card darts, vintage croquet set, and more. Fun for all!
Buzzing Delano entertainment district is minutes away, with most Wichita attractions and restaurants within 10-15 minutes of your doorstep.

Veo scooters are available in the area and can be rode straight up to our doorstep, making getting around the Delano/downtown area easy and fun!

Cute House

The house was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and it's close to the walking area.

Cute little house

We enjoyed staying here very much. Quiet neighborhood. Garage games kept the kids entertained. Very clean. Nice decor. Didn't need to buy any supplies. My only suggestion would be a curtain between the bed and the kitchen. Just to give it some separation and privacy at night. And Oh man the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was extremely firm. Pillows were comfortable. If we ever come back to Wichita we will look this place up again.

Missing key items

The code to unlock the front door wasn’t provided and we had to call the property manager. She was quick to respond. Cons: There are no hangers provided to hang clothing. No iron, no handheld steamer. The bathroom was out of hand soap. We looked everywhere but couldn’t find any. This place sleeps six, but only one bathroom to share, which is fine except the vanity is so small that you cannot put anything on the countertop. We came to Wichita for a girls’ weekend. None of us could place our makeup or hair products on the counter to get ready. It would have been nice to be able to share the countertop while getting ready. Fine, I’ll go find a mirror and get ready in front of that….wrong. There is only one mirror in a bedroom and we ended up having to take it off the wall, pull over the bedside end tables, and foolishly make it work. Along with this, when we arrived it was a 90 degree day. We walked in and it was 85 in the house. We closed all the blinds and curtains in every room, turned down the AC, and left. We came back 2 hours later and it wasn’t much colder. It took all night to cool down and didn’t reach 72 until well past midnight. I needed some scissors to cut tags off newly purchased clothes. There are none. Since there is a full kitchen, we for sure thought they would have knives we could use. Again, no knives.

Father’s Day Weekend Trip

Property was wonderful for our family’s mini-vacay to celebrate Father’s Day. The room with twin beds was perfect for our two littles and allowed us to have a more relaxing trip than staying at a hotel.
