The SeaEsta has expanded and has made it way onto the BEACH which I WELCOME YOU WITH THE MOST EXCITEMENT to The SeaEsta on the Beach Condo in ( Daytona Inn Beach Resort) ADORABLE, BRIGHT, COZY and CLEAN CHARMING UNIT.
Heart of beachside, a dream location right on the beach, steps to Boardwalk, Ocean Center, Peabody Auditorium, Main Street, Outlets, Speedyway with all the events, popular shops, restaurants, bars and activities within walking distance.
Smart lock and security cameras on the outside. You will definitely feel what is like to have the World Famous Daytona Beach in your backyard. This beautiful 4th floor UNIT has 2 ways of enterances elevator or staircase. Free parking available 1 space. The SeaEsta on the Beach Condo has private 1 bedroom, 1 bath also has a sofa queen gel bed (sleeps 4), a full working kitchen.

You can still walk out the resort around the corner left to the big sign of Daytona Beach The World Famous Beach to gain beach access walking or driving onto beach. 2 access points to unit: Elevator left of property from front desk to 4th floor or stairs right of front building facing front desk building to the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs) SMALL PETS 1 MAX Pet fee, No trailers, 1 vehicle parking pass provided must be shown throughout stay on vehicle if not will get TOWED! (first come first basis for parking)

Beach Apartment with “No Beach Access”

Decent place inside but horrible building with major reconstruction in full progress and no access to the beach, pool or even a parking lot…

Sorry you felt that way in listing description it does state there's currently No beach access you would of known those details & not been surprised if you read home description before booking verse knowing and trying to give The SeaEsta a bad rep. When we make it our mission to give EVERYTHING STATED AND PHOTOS IS WHAT YOU GET AND MORE!. multi million revolution been very clean and moving along nicely with it not being a bother to any of the working units. Parking lot is more then enough parking for guest staying in units. The parking spaces closed off are for the units on that side of the building that's going thru Renvo WHICH AGAIN DOESNT EFFECT ANY OF THE WORKING UNITS. There is beach access around the corner 2mintues IF THAT from the unit where you can walk or drive onto beach! Safe Travels and Thanks again!

Great for speedway access

Great for going to Daytona speedway and fun to be right on beach. Unit is better suited to a couple, our adult daughter used the sofa sleeper. Since she likes to lay in bed a lot we couldn't use the couch. Not really a big deal. Exterior of building is worn, but unit was fresh and nicely decorated.

Nice unit

Overall the unit itself was newly renovated and clean. A few easily correctable issues would make the rating 5 star vs 4 star. For instance there was no plug for the bathtub, no kettle, no teapot, and some of the cutlery and dishes were missing (eg lots of soup spoons and forks but only two teaspoons and two butter knives). There was only one pillow for the bed. A bit more attention to, and replenishment of these minor items would make this a five star unit. The building itself is under reconstruction but that too is a time limited issue and does not affect the unit itself.
