The View-Topia looks over the Smokies and has over 1000 square feet of deck that overlooks the Smoky Mountains.

This one story luxury cabin features top amenities throughout front of the cabin with all windows to maximize the view. We are "disclosed" dog friendly (with pet fee $95 per pet), $500 fine will be charged for each unauthorized dog. Proof documentation needed for service animals.

-4 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge
-5 miles from entrance to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park
and just minutes from The Island and all the attractions, dining & shopping that Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg Tennessee have to offer.

Our cabin has several steps to get to the cabin. As you enter the cabin, you'll find and a large living area offers a large 65inch Smart HDTV over the fireplace, leather sleepers sofa and leather loveseat. The whole front of the cabin is glass windows to overlook the incredible views. You will have a 12ft double sliding doors to the large wrap around deck.

On the deck you will see the amazing views of Mtn Leconte from poly wood table and chairs and gas fire pit. You will find a gas bbq grill and all the amenities you need to grill. For safety concern, the propane tank are provided to our guests to fill up how much they need during their stay. You can’t miss the great opportunity enjoy the sunrise, sunset or counting the starts inside the hot tub!

The kitchen is fully equipped with black stainless steel appliances as well as keurig coffee maker. Pots, pans and dishes. Kitchen includes a large island for eating. washer and dryer sets off of the kitchen area.

Master bedroom include King bed and large 50 inch HDTV. Master bathroom that included large sink in tub an a walk-in showers with body sprays and rain shower. BONUS loft area with a queen size mattress and TV. This bonus loft has an incredible view.

Game Area included a shuffle board and table top arcade, and stay connected with complimentary Wifi internet.

With all the top amenities, the incredible views, gorgeous sunsets, spacious interior and just minutes to all the area attractions, this is the perfect cabin for a couple or family of 4. This cabin has a king bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room and a loft with queen mattress.

**Pet Policy**
- We are a pet friendly cabin. Non refundable $95 fee PER PET. We welcome dogs of any size but must be potty-trained and crate-trained. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be approved in advance. Your pet fee is due 48 hours before check in. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- If the cabin is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furniture.
