Très belle location, il manquerais cependant une climatisation(ou un ventilateur) pour la chambre à l’étage car nous n’avons pas pu y dormir à cause de la chaleur. Mais pour autant nous avons passer de très bonne vacances.

Chaleur dans l appartement horrible 30 degrés le soir, la douche fuit, la brosse pour nettoyer le barbecue était pleine de poils, le ménage était critique à notre arrivé, pas d’aspirateur pour aspirer le sable, les serpillères était noir et puante, les prises des lampes de chevets ne fonctionnent pas. Personne pour nous accompagner à la location et faire un état des lieux. Nous avons dû écourté notre séjour. Point positif le propriétaire nous a apporté des ventilateurs car nous avons un bébé.

- Photos trompeuses - trop petit - étage inaccessible (escalier dangereux) - température insoutenable à l'étage - équipements et déco désuets et usagers - nuisances sonores constantes ( au bord d'une route très fréquentée ) - proximité de la fête foraine (vacarme de 22h00 à 2h00 ) Conclusion rapport qualité/prix : NUL A conseiller à son meilleur ennemi

Jolies photos.... trompeuses ! - logement minuscule - chambre à l'étage très difficile d'accès, sans lumière du jour (minuscule lucarne), très mal isolée donc ambiance étouffante) - équipements vieillots - coin cuisine exigu : pas de place pour utiliser bouilloire, cafetière et grille- pain, gazinère usagée - salle de bains décrépite - installation électrique désuète (beaucoup de multi-prises) - ... - logement bruyant : à 5 m d'une route très passante, fête foraine proche ( nuisances sonores de 22h00 à 2h00) Conclusion : Rapport qualité prix NUL !!!! On ne nous reprendra pas 2 fois ! A ne conseiller qu'à son meilleur ennemi

Maison conforme à l'annonce et fonctionnelle pour les vacances. 2 gros bémols : Le sol était très sale et collant à notre arrivée. La serpillière n'était pas lavée et beaucoup de poussière à de nombreux endroits. Étant donné que sur l'annonce la localisation exacte n'est pas précisée, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise en arrivant de nous retrouver face aux pompiers et route très passante.

La maison en elle-même est conforme à l'annonce et fonctionnelle. 2 gros bémols cependant : Le sol était sale et collant à notre arrivée, la serpillière était noire de saletés et beaucoup de poussière à de nombreux endroits. La localisation exacte n'étant pas sur l'annonce, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de nous retrouver en face des pompiers et route bruyante et très passante

Location moyenne en général Par contre localisation top car commerces de proximité nombreux à faire à pied et piscine propre et entretenue. Trop proche d'une avenue passante et la caserne des pompiers en face qui donne une location "bruyante". Extérieur trop enclavé

Décevant, les photos pas vraiment fideles

Point + : taille TV, vrai congélo, vraie salle à manger, une table basse, la qualité literie, la situation (calme et à l'abri des regards). Point - : ménage approximatif, Vieillot et déclassé (armoire de toilette, gazinière, pommeau de douche, meubles cuisine, rangement chambre), aucun produit de 1ère nécessité (papier toilette, essuie-tout,...) aucune doc touristique (prospectus, cartes, descriptifs balades, ...), aucune âme...
