The barrier-free access and the optimal floor plan of our apartment convince at first glance. The extensive renovation work on walls and floors that has just been carried out supports this. A completely new bathroom with a generous floor-level shower will beautify you after work. Enjoy the evening on the 20 m2 large and wonderfully green south-facing terrace, which is accessible from the living room and kitchen, and which, with a view of the park-like interior, will give you the deserved rest. A handy storeroom provides space for bags, suitcases and purchases. All windows are lockable and can be shaded with exterior shutters. The apartment has an underground parking space and a practical complement to the terrace apartment.
The public transport is about 3 minutes away, the main train station 10 minutes.

Der Check- In und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, in der Wohnung selbst war alles sauber, die Küche ist zwar klein aber gut ausgestattet (z.B. gibt es einen Eierkocher) - also alles in Ordnung
Günstig gelegen, keine langen Wege ins Zentrum. Auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war alles gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Zentrum. Wir sind immer mit dem Fahrrad (ca. 5 Minuten) in die Altstadt gefahren. Die Ausstattung war gut. Als Begrüßung wartete auch schon eine Flasche Sekt, sehr zuvorkommend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr positiv fanden wir den vorhandenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
Innerhalb des Wohnbereichs alles zum Besten. Merkwürdige Nachbarn, aber das konnte man dann schon der Hausordnung entnehmen, für die kann der Vermieter nix. GROSSES Plus->Vermieter kümmert sich um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste und ist telefonisch (tatsächlich!! - das ist ja nicht DER Standard) erreichbar und ist kein "Erbsenzähler" (also großzügig [Sektbegrüßung im Kühlschrank, gratis Nespresso] - heutzutage ist so etwas leider rar geworden). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch perfekt. Unterm Strich nur zu empfehlen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und modern. Zur Begrüßung, sehr nett, eine Flasche Rotkäppchensekt.
Die automatischen Duftverströmer haben genervt und sind nicht nötig.
Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.
