HIGH AND DRY Quiet VANDERBILT CANAL Waterfront 2000sqft home with dock, 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Three queen bedrooms. Newly renovated kitchen with cabinets,tile floors, quartz countertops and Samsung appliances, new pool, paver deck, washer dryer,cable, WiFi and fully equipped kitchen. This centrally located home is 15 minutes to downtown Naples, 10 minutes to Bonita Springs and less than 5 minutes to Mercado shopping and Publix. Over 100 restaurants within a 10 minutes drive, one mile to LA FITNESS .Bicycles, fishing poles, beach chairs, beach coolers included. Boat rental program available nearby. HOME WAS NOT AFFECTED BY THE STORM

Entering the home through a large double door you are greeted to a large open floor plan. A living room area just to the right with seating for 5 and a large Ethan Allen round dining table for 6. Behind which are 2 large French doors that open out to the Florida room with expansive views of the pool, patio, canal and boat dock. The home has a split floor plan. On the left as you enter are two queen bedrooms with a shared full bath. On the right is the kitchen breakfast nook that seats 4.The kitchen also has 3 bar stool seats for additional seating. The master bedroom with a walk in closet and split bath lies beyond the kitchen. Hunter ceiling fans are in most rooms. From the Florida room there is a door leading down to the new paver pool deck and new pool. Luxury teak furniture is all around the pool, with cushions in the garage.

The entire home is yours to enjoy, no one else is staying there during your visit. We will be available at all times for you convenience.

Naples retreat

The property was very nice and spacious. Paul the host was great, he was at the property when we arrived to go over the use of the house. Communication leading up to the stay was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Naples.

Great house with a perfect location! Love the pool, and canal in the back yard. We brought our boat and it was so nice having it right out the back door with such easy access to the gulf. Host is very accommodating and accessible.

We had a great stay. We loved the location. We brought our boat & went to Wiggins pass almost everyday. Owners addressed the few issues we had immediately. Plenty to do in the area. Plenty of Great Restaurants. Would definitely go back! Thank you!

Kentucky Derby

Wonderful property in a great location. We love the pool overlooking the canal and we love that we can come back and bring our boat with dock right outside the back door. The process was seamless and the host is very timely and accommodating. Everything is just exactly as it is described in the VRBO ad. We are returning this winter.

Perfect spot!

The title Fisherman’s Paradise is accurate. My family enjoyed fishing right off the dock. The house had everything a family of 4 needed. The owner was very responsive although we didn’t encounter any major issues during our stay. Appliances all new and kitchen was well equipped. Easy access to beach and our dog loved her walks through the neighborhood. Quiet neighbors as well. Would recommend to other families with teenagers.
