The country house, renovated in Tuscan style, features mainly antique furniture and authentic Tuscan terracotta floors, which give the rooms a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Private: park 25'000 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Huis is mooi. Interieur kan beter.

Het huis op zich is mooi met een prachtige tuin. De inrichting is oud en de bedden zijn slecht! Er zijn te weinig spullen, zoals glazen in het huis. De dame die de intake deed zei, nadat ik daar commentaar op had gegeven: people break stuff! Dus het huis top, rest moet echt beter! Bij zwembad stonden 6 ligbedden en 1 parasol. Na klagen werd er 1 parasol bijgezet!

Sket Ikke up to date

Boligen er ikke korrekt beskrevet, men består af tre individuelle lejeligheder hvoraf stuelejligheden lugter muggent og vådt. Al køkkenudstyr er mangelfuldt og der mangler simple ting som rødvinsglas, skåle, bestik etc. Sengene er udtjente, madrasser er yderst gamle og lagt ihjel. Pool med defekt poolbund og tyk snavset bassinkant. Værtinden var direkte uvenlig og nedladende samt gav voksen skæl ud! Vil ikke anbefale dette dyre hus til nogen.

Huset er ikke korrekt beskrevet vedr værelser. Huset består af tre individuelle lejeligheder. En lejelighed med sur muggen lugt. Dårlige senge, gamle udtjente madrasser. Køkken med voldsomme mangler af køkkenudstyr. Stort set alt nedslidt. Slidte håndklæder og lagmer der ikke passer. Pool med defekt bund, meget beskidt kant på pool. Udlejer/nøgleudlever var meget uvenlig både ved ankomst og afgang. Skældte ud ubegrundet. Desuden blev vi jagtet ud af vores bolig kl 8 på afgangsdag fordi udlejer ville tjekke at vi ikke havde stjålet/ødelagt noget!! Kan ikke anbefales.

Vorsicht Abzocke!

Wir haben das ganze Haus gemietet konnten den Pool 1,5 Tage nicht benutzen. Die Vermieterin war aber nicht bereit Rabatt zu geben. Wir mussten für Strom (inkl. Poolpumpe) 120.- € bezahlen. Die Küche ist zum Kochen für 7 Personen unbrauchbar. keine Lüftung, keine Ablagefläche, zu wenig Geschirr. Die Möbel und Ausstattung im ganzen Haus sind uralt und mit hässlichen Tüchern abgedeckt. Wir haben in der Hochsaison 3000.- / Woche bezahlt und wurden extrem unfreundlich behandelt. Einmal und Nie Mehr

huis larciano

Oud huis met charme. Beperkt in benodigdheden; geen vaatwasser, geen koffiezet, geen waterkoker , maar voldoende om je plan te trekken. Er wordt mijns inziens veel aangerekend voor gas en electriciteit. Eén badkamer was nog echt vies. Er was een ventilator kapot bij aankomst , is niet gemaakt geweest terwijl het heel warm was. Verder wel mooi huis, heel gezellige tuin , prima zwembad . We hadden er een leuke tijd.
