Welcome to our charming beachside retreat in Gulf Shores, Alabama! Our property is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with all the amenities you need to make the most of your vacation.

Located directly on the white sandy beach facing the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, our vacation home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The open floor plan and spacious living areas make it easy to spend quality time with your loved ones, while the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill allow you to prepare delicious meals and entertain.

The property features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing plenty of space for up to twelve guests. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and includes plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while three other bedrooms also have king-size beds the fifth bedroom has 2x Twin bunk beds.

Other amenities include a private pool, outdoor shower, and a covered porch where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast weather. Great place!

We stayed for 4 nights and this was a great house! Spacious with a pool to boot! The porch isn't very big and we couldn't get the ice maker to work, but with the beach right there, a pool to relax in, and plenty of space for everyone inside, we never felt crowded. The beds are very nice and everyone was happy to have their own king sized bed!

Family trip

Enjoyed pur stay loved the location. The kitchen was well stocked. Only thing was the water pressure wasn't very good an outside decking going out to the beach needs replaced. There were a couple bad boards very dangerous. We would recommend this property and will be back .

Nice place to stay

Location was great, nothing better then stepping out your door onto beach. House felt bigger then we expected for a duplex. Only two small recommendations is the outside porch light on bottom didn't work at all and we were left with no trash bags. And might consider a light for the pool, would be nice for night swimming

There was 11 of us ages 4-60. There was enough room we wasn’t on top of each other. Only thing I’d like to make more clear, it’s more of a walk to the water then I expected. But overall a great stay.

Best Fall Break Ever!!

My daughters, my son-in-law, my 5 grandchildren and I stayed at Sugar on the Gulf Shores for the week of our fall break. By reading the description, i was fully aware this is a duplex! When we arrived there was a group of 9 of the coolest school teachers in the other unit. We really enjoyed them being next door. They left 2 days into our stay and we had the place all to ourselves until the last evening. We loved the house and it was perfect for our group. It is located close to all the restaurants and attractions The pool was a plus and the very short walk to the beach made it easy for this grandmother to get back and forth easily. The Air Force fly overs were an added attraction on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Do not rent this house!!

The only good thing about this house is the location. It has a private pool but it was unusable the whole week. The pump was not working. Communication with the owner and manager was terrible. Weeds, bugs, mold on outside furniture. This is the first bad review I've ever had to write. Do not rent this house!

Gulf Shores vacation

The owner lied about the property showing it as individual house with private pool and it’s actually a duplex with a shared pool. And he refuses to give my deposit back. He says was excessive dirt when all it was perfectly good food and condiments we left in the refrigerator that we thought cleaning people might be able to use. Next time we trash all unopened perfectly good food.

VRBO Does not offer a selection for duplex and the pictures very clearly show two separate units in this building. VRBO also only offers an option for public pool or private pool, this pool is a private pool only shared with the unit attached, and it clearly states that on the listing. This guest left the home completely trashed, busted holes in the wall, broke furniture and cost us more than the deposit we kept, and is surprised? The review is clearly in retaliation.

Exercise Caution

The house was not advertised as a duplex which it is. The description says private pool which it is not. The pool area was overcrowded with rusty pool umbrellas and molded floats and seating. The home was infested with gnats through the stay due to a large gap at the bottom of the door where the weather stripping is missing. There was mold in some areas of the home as well. The walls were severely damaged and covered with painters tape in areas all of which was undocumented by the property management. The blinds are insecure and almost fell on my 10 month old. Johnny Bash did not communicate with us regarding any of these issues. All communication was ignored.

Coti, it is very strange that you would leave such a negative review with never any mention of these things until after we held your deposit. We held the deposit due to multiple animal scratch marks (we operate a no pet rental), and a huge hole underneath the window. In fact the deposit didn't even cover the cost of repairs so we are still upside down on your stay. We have local staff and would have been happy to resolve any issues during your stay, had you brought them up to us. Well wishes Coti.
