If you walk a 1/2 block west you will end up at the downtown Salem Willamette Riverfront park where you can walk along the river, do yoga in the park, and attend an outdoor church service on Sunday mornings. If you walk a 1/2 block to the south you will find shopping and restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. You are 5 blocks from the Oregon State Capitol building and Willamette University. We cater to tourists and traveling professionals who value experiencing urban settings. This month-to-month corporate rental requires the tenant to pay a cleaning fee every two weeks. Salem Stays the property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that's on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks of $75. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay! You enter through the alley door and will be given a code so you can self-check in. You will also be given a parking space number for next door and your private spot, back by the alley door entrance.
