Modern, comfortable apartment block "Szum Morza", built in 2017. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 350 m from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: indoor pool heated (6 x 17 m, pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, hot tub, children's playground. In the house: sauna, fitness room, playroom, lift, central heating system, burglar alarm system. Parking at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 1.3 km, grocery 850 m, supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 1.1 km, railway station 2.5 km, sandy beach 350 m. Sports harbour 3 km. Nearby attractions: Oceanarium 3 km, Molo 3 km, Park Dziki Zachód Zieleniewo 7 km. Guarded residence.
