Awesome place the room was clean and comfortable

The staff at Crocs is awesome from the security to the waitress’s and waiters at the pool. The bartenders are great guys who really enjoy what they do. Definitely will be back.

Jaco

Our first time in Jaco but sixth time in Costa Rica. The beach was great for walking. The pool was fabulous. However, the king bed was not a king but two twins pushed together. Very uncomfortable with the crevice in the middle. Kitchen and towels were adequate. I would have liked more than one wash cloth The microwave did not work and no response from manager. Also the WiFi never worked.

It has great view from the balcony but the room has mold all over the A/C I had never experienced such a problem like that

Excellent. Magical. Perfect.

My husband and I loved everything about this unit at the Croc's Resort. The property was beautiful and so well-groomed. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The Vacasa staff is exceptional with customer service! FYI: The unit also included towels, beach towels, iron, toaster, blender, electric can opener, strainer, regular size coffee pot, rice cooker, electric teapot, two blow-up rafts, pool noodle, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap & a brand new scrubber, ice trays, ice maker in the freezer, blue ice (two), garbage bags, and even salt and pepper. Also, pots and pans, Tupperware, bowls, knives, champagne flutes, beer glasses and more. ~~ Some TIPS for you. Fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport. Rent a car. When the car rental person offers you a larger vehicle, stick to a small one! Before you leave the area, stop at Walmart. It is five minutes away and extremely safe! (Use Google Maps) We bought beer and alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water, fresh pastries, broiled chicken, fresh tamales & fresh empanadas. The drive to Jaco is 90 minutes and beautiful. Buy fresh fruit on your way at roadside stands. Bring your own regular size coffee filters, old washcloths. Buy TP at Walmart. ~~ In town, buy fresh pastries at VINDI (go early!) and fresh empanadas at FIARU almost to the end of the main street on left. Rent 2 beach chairs& umbrellas $20; horse rides $75 pp from Cesar on beach, He is there 365 days a year. Enjoy!

Jaco Beach condo stay

Overall it was very good. The reason this property didn't get a 5 star review was that the wifi never worked for the entire stay, even after reaching out to the management company. The TV has local channels, but none of the streaming services on the TV work since there's no wifi. It didn't bother me since we were outside the whole time. A couple towels were a little stained too, which is fine for me cause I know they were washed but others might find that gross. The shower floor also had sand on it when we arrived. We did love the kitchen, it had everything in it and served its purpose. The bed was comfortable, the view was AMAZING and the whole experience was very nice. Just a few housekeeping issues kept it from being 5 star.
