About this property

Sun-drenched first floor apartment on the dyke

Our newly renovated apartment is characterized by its sunlit living-dining area. With large windows facing south and direct access to the 30 square meter terrace, you can enjoy the sunny island very well.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, separate oven, coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave wonderful for cozy cooking evenings. The dining area with a large table and space for up to 8 chairs adjoins directly to the kitchen. The large fridge has a separate freezer compartment and in the dining area is a stove for comfort on cold days. If you are a larger group or family, you can book another apartment or apartment and still have enough space to eat together.

The 40 sqm living-dining area is equipped with underfloor heating. The large sofa offers enough space - even if a part of the family or friends has rented a small apartment in addition. In combination with the stool it offers an additional sleeping area of 160x220 cm. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV with smart features and internet connection. A Bluetooth-enabled music system, BluRay player and an additional HDMI cable (for possibly brought game console) provide the entertainment program - if the program of the island should not be sufficient.

The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed of 180x200 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower overlooking the dike and toilet and sink. On the terrace you will find a large charcoal grill with adjustable charcoal grate reserved for your use only. The other guests may use the rest of the garden, but have separate seating. The large wooden sofa is only for you.

Your dog is welcome to bring along, for a fee of 5 € per day.

For anglers, a large freezer in the fridge and a separate sink in the garden house is available. Please leave it clean and hygienic again!

Please note: You must bring your own bed linen and towels and the city of Fehmarn charges a spa tax, which we have to collect before arrival and must pass directly to the city of Fehmarn. This is per adult 1 € per night in low season and 2 € per night in high season (15. 05.-15. 09. 2019)

Komfortable, große Wohnung - toll

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr schöne, große Wohnung und sehr gut eingerichtet - Technik, Küche, etc. Für vier Personen perfekt, für sechs Personen braucht es vielleicht ein wenig Flexibilität bei der Badnutzung. Terrasse und Garten im Sommer mit Sicherheit top, im Winter nicht genutzt. Insgesamt wirklich top!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub am Deich

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Der Check-in verlief kontaktlos und problemlos, so auch der Check-out. Die Wohnubg war sauber, schön und groß. Auch der Garten war wunderschön. Bis zum Deich war es nicht weit und von da aus konnte man super los laufen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

1Woche August - Familienurlaub

Die große Wohnung haben wir sauber vorgefunden (ein Vorhand im Wohnzimmer wies kleine Kratzspuren von Hund/Katze auf). Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war in der Regel schnell und nett. Es sind ca 20Min an den Badestrand, 4Min ans Meer :) Im Haus sind noch weitere Einheiten mit Feriengästen gewesen, es war aber soweit sehr ruhig. Meine Matratze war schon etwas durchgelegen, mein Mann hatte keine Probleme. Es gibt Vorhänge an den Fenstern - wir hatten für unser Kleinkind noch einen Verdunklungsrollo mitgebracht (zur Info an ggf. andere Familien mit Kleinkindern(Babys):)). TV, Konsole haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Es gab einen kleinen Kaffeevollautomat, den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben da wir auf normale Kaffeemaschine eingestellt waren. Geschirr usw war genügend da. Der große stand alone Kühlschrank hat sogar 3 oder 4 Tiefkühlfächer. Dem Garten (mit Gartenhaus, Holzsitzbank, vielen Pflanzen und paar Obstbäumen (haben am letzten Abend sogar einen Igel dort gesehen)) hätte ich gerne eine Auffrischungskur gegönnt :) Vielen lieben Dank für den unkomplizierten und netten Kontakt und die Woche Urlaub in ihrem Hause auf Fehmarn :)
