THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beyond disappointed

Theres so much to be said negative about this property. However, to save the time of someone having to read it all, i would just recommend NO ONE rent this until vacasa has properly fixed rhis unit and reevaluated the way they handle parking/entry to prop/ customer service. This place was an utter disappointment. I will say the location was wonderful and the owners of condos throughout seaward villas were wonderful and so helpful to myself and fanily when vacasa was not.

Should of been 5 stars

Not sure why but a balcony was advertised in the pictures. Unfortunately when in the unit the door was not able to be opened. Thank you VACASA for sending someone to try and open it. Aside from that… clean and convenient.
