The Windjammer located ocean front on 46th street offers that wonderful retro Ocean City feel. This ground level efficiency, one bath unit with one double bed can sleep two and provides the perfect setting for a memorable visit to Ocean City, Maryland. A one-of-a-kind family vacation destination, each unit is individually owned and decorated offering the guest a unique feel and comfortable stay with direct beach access. Enjoy the excusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free WIFI, flat screen TVs. Our condos are stocked and ready for you with bath towels, linens, cookware and utensils. Don't pass up on the chance to stay at your home away from home at the beach! This unit permits up to two dogs, 50lb limit for one pet or 70 lb combined limit for two pets. There is an additional $35.00 per day pet fee. Although pets are allowed all season, absolutely no pets permitted on the private sand patio courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags just a minute's walk away. An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm. Property rents any 2 nights all season!

It was super nice, the beach was some steeps away from our room, they got some grills and a nice space for just relax and take some sun. Restaurants and stores are really closer from the rooms so u can just have a nice walk to get some food and drinks, my husband and i we are thinking on go back next year with our daughter for family vacation.

We were on the ground floor. It has its good and bad points. The good is that you don't have to lug all of your luggage up steps.the bad is, no ocean view and the people upstairs were banging on the floor constantly.

Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Because there is not an elevator at The Windjammer, many people consider the 1st floor the most desirable. As is true with any 1st floor unit on the ocean, you only will see the dunes. It is what is the most desirable to each family, view or convenience. We have not had any complaints from other guests regarding the people above this unit. It must have been the guests who happened to be on vacation at the same time as you. Perhaps in the future, if there is something we can help with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Hi Theodore Thank you for taking the time to review our property. This studio property is advertised as having a full size bed. Anytime you are on a ground floor unit at the ocean you will have the convenience of walking right our to the beach without stairs, but you will have a restricted view due to the dunes.

Nice place!

I spent 4 days at this property as a study get away to help me prepare for a big certification exam. The unit was well appointed and clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was so nice to just open the sliding doors and listen to the ocean while studying.

Loved the location, very close to the beach and walking to restaurants, etc. and the property itself was very cute and welcoming. The unit was clean and everything we needed for a nice weekend. Did have some middle of the night noise from people in the courtyard though, so I would recommend keeping fans and the AC on to not disturb sleep.

We followed up with this guest to understand the reason behind her two-star review. She explained that she didn’t realize the sand dunes block the ocean view from ground-floor units. This is the case for any ground-floor property in Ocean City, although such units offer the convenience of stepping directly onto the beach. She also mentioned that the bed felt too small, though it was a double bed as listed in the property description. Additionally, she had some difficulty operating the TV. Despite these concerns, she noted that the place is cute overall.
