Enjoy peaceful lagoon views & bird watching from every room or your private deck is perfect for watching the sunset. Brigantine is located at the end of a road in gated Shipyard Plantation, so we have no through traffic in peaceful surroundings. Wanna go to the beach or shopping, restaurants or the famous Piggly Wiggly? Hope on your bike or walk using our PRIVATE BEACH /COLIGNY PLAZA GATE! The beach is 2 blocks and Coligny is only 7 blocks & just next door is the beautiful new Celebration Park. You never have to get in your car! If you don't want to leave the peaceful surroundings of Brigantine, you can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, grilling areas, 2 pickleball/tennis courts, 2 pools (one with a Pavillion area for gatherings), and access to bike trails all over the island. Shipyard is located mid-island, so we are convenient to everything. Inside Shipyard, you will have parking passes if you'd rather go to the Shipyard Beach Club to the beach and have a meal at the Sonesta Resort, less than a mile down the road. Van der Meer Tennis Academy is 1/4 mile from Brigantine and Shipyard has a 27 hole golf course, and a wonderful restaurant, just 5 minutes from your condo. Security camerias are located through the exterior of the property, including both pool areas.

Hello! My name is Suzanne Freed and I am from Greenville, SC, so we are only about a 4 hour drive to Hilton Head! I have a boarding, grooming and playcare facility for dogs and cats in Spartanburg, SC and my husband is retired from Michelin Tire. I have enjoyed taking my 4 children to Brigantine since the late 80's and now that we own & the children are on their own, my husband and I enjoy going all through the year.

Why they chose this property

I have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island since 1986 when my parents bought a condo at Brigantine Quarters. My children have grown up going to Brigantine and still go today, traveling here from all over the country. We bought our first condo in the early 90's because of our love of the area, but especially being at Brigantine.

What makes this property unique

You will not find another place on Hilton Head that is in such a peaceful area but has access at Brigantine Quarters. We have our own private locked gate that leads to the beach and Coligny. There is nowhere else you will feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle but the beach is 2 blocks away down a quiet street and Coligny is only 7 blocks. You will find restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, live entertainment and the famous Piggly Wiggle grocery there. You can also walk or bike to Celebration Park which is just on the other side of Coligny.
