About this property

Brigantine Quarters is located in the Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Shipyard Plantation is a 900 acre plantation situated in the heart of the island with gated entrances on William Hilton Parkway and Pope Ave. Shipyard Plantation has three 9 hole golf courses and the luxurious Sonesta Hotel. Brigantine's amenities include 2 swimming pools, one heated, 2 tennis courts, private beach access, gas grills available for use, a playground and fishing available.

The unit is a lower unit with a deck overlooking a lagoon and golf course. Two bedrooms and two baths with the master bedroom having a king sized bed and TV. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds and TV. The master bath has a double sink vanity, tub and shower stall. There is a sofa bed in the living room. All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and range, microwave, ice maker-refrigerator, garbage disposal and service for six. A washer and dryer are also in the unit. Seating for six in the dining area. Patio furniture on the deck for outside dining. Maximum occupancy of the unit is six.

A nearby lagoon bridge to Brigantine's security gate (Key is provided) and you are within minutes to a beautiful wide flat beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Great for swimming, walking, jogging, biking, kite flying or just enjoying the beach. If you prefer, a short drive will take you to the beach with access provided by Shipyard Plantation with rest room facilities. It is located adjacent to the Sonesta Hotel Resort.

Hilton Head is a golfer's paradise with nineteen courses and more in close proximity on the mainland. Enjoy Brigantine's free tennis courts or you have access to the 20 court Shipyard Racquet Club. Biking is a popular activity on the island with miles of paved, flat trails. You can shop till you drop, dine at a great selection of dining places and enjoy entertainment of Broadway caliber shows and jazz clubs.

All of this can be enjoyed with great weather and temperature of late summer and early fall.
