HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the driveway.
2- Checkout must be on time. We usually have other guests coming and you will be charged a fee for delaying the cleaning team – which is already around the house at 10am. If you need a late checkout for any reason, you can request at least 1 day earlier and we will send you the $70 fee for more 2 hours inside the house. More than 2 hours is charged as a full day.
3- Please leave the place as tidy as possible. If it is very dirty and damaged - and we take pictures of everything - we will need to charge for a deep cleaning that is needed to be paid for the cleaning team.
4- Please avoid leaving stains on the towels or linens such as from makeup, blood or any other type that is not possible to be removed. We might charge you for the damaged towels if we are unable to clean it.
5- In case you’re staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi, please feel free to request for heating. The cost is $45 a day and if you are staying 10 days or longer, we can give you a discount. Please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool heating.
6- There is also a $70 fee to use the BBQ for the cleaning team. After the stay we receive pictures of the BBQ grill as procedure and we can charge you later if it shows it has been used (dirty). We do provide the propane tank for the grill, but we don't refill it. Guests should provide it by themselves if needed.
7- The A/C should not be set below 72F. We further recommend that all doors and windows be kept closed during the period of your rental. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the A/C system to become inoperative.
8- If you need something to be fixed, towels or any type of unexpected need, we can send a handyman to provide or a technician to make an emergency repair during your stay. Communicating we can solve any issue you have.
9- The security deposit will be refunded 5-7 business days after check out. This is a necessary measure to prevent guests from leaving without paying when they break, stain or permanently damage objects or furniture in the house.
10- We offer basic supplies for guests to start the reservation as a courtesy but we don't provide it for the whole stay, guests must provide it by themselves or ask us to delivery more supplies for an extra cost
