NOTICE: We only rent 6 nights or more UNLESS we have a gap less than 7 days between bookings. We do not do one night rentals. Please click the calendar button above to check. We rent to families only, no "groups". Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Please do not request a booking unless you meet all the above requirments.

What makes a Disney vacation home perfect? Location, Location, Location... Would you rather look at someone's backyard, pool cage, or even worse a brick wall? Here, you can watch your childern fish for Large Mouth Bass, feeding the ducks, or just enjoy the sunsets!

This is our ONLY vacation home, the pictures are of the home you will be staying in, not just a general average of homes being rented by a management company. Our home is NON-SMOKING, but smoking is allowed in the covered pool deck area. And sorry, No Pets are allowed. If you are not vacationing here... odds are we are!

The house was perfect and cozy. Plenty of towels and extras like detergent, dish soap, sponges, and travel size lotion. Also a lot of hangers and clear instructions and info. The fishing poles were missing their handles, and the one with a handle had a broken pole. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!

We have stayed in this area before, but it was our first time at this house. It won’t be our last!I’ll start with the pool because that’s always a big deal for us. The pool deck was larger than average, furniture was high end, the water temperature was just perfect. There was a large BBQ provided (although we didn’t get a chance to use it). The biggest bonus was the panoramic pool screen, it was absolutely fabulous! I’ve never seen anything like it in any of the homes I’ve rented. I spent many hours sitting by the pool, with that stunning view, morning and night! My husband loved the fishing directly behind the house - although he didn’t catch anything! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. Appliances are all top of the line, there are more pots, pans and dishes than you could ever need! Dish detergent was provided for the sink and dishwasher. There was even bottled water in the fridge - little things like that make a big difference when you’ve had a long day of travelling. Very impressed! The entire house was spotless. There were lots of extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t readily available. As a frequent traveller who rents many homes and condos, I can honestly say, this was one of my favourites. Thank you Brian, we will definitely be back!

We live in florida and love all the outdoor activites that go with Florida living, we love boating, fishing, diving, sharktoothing, landscaping, swimming and entertaining. When our house isn't rented, we love to sneak up to play like kids on the rides, catch a concert, watch a parade, see some fireworks and enjoy some wonderful dining.

Why they chose this property

We live two hours away and love all the excitement that Orlando has to offer. We enjoy theme parks, nightlife and shopping but much preferred to stay in the comfort of a private home rather than staying at a noisy crowded hotel.

What makes this property unique

Our home is conveniently located to everything Orlando has to offer but is is off the main road which gives you the privacy and safety associated with a home. The property is centrally located on a real lake so you aren't looking into someone elses vacation property. We love seeing the local wildlife and beautiful sunsets out of our back door.
