About this property

Renovated Waterfront 3Bd/2B Home 20min to Disney, Universal and Shops

We purchased this in late June 2019 and finished 2nd round of updates with renovations in late 2019 and 3rd round of renovations in 2024, new bathroom counters, sinks and faucets and pool renovation in Oct 2024. It has newer flooring and new carpet in all bedrooms, high end stainless steel appliances, newer light fixtures and fans, bedding, fresh paint, with theme decor in 2 of the bedrooms (Finding Nemo/Dory in kids room and a Star Wars themed room and updated the garage with a super hero theme game room. Updated master (mattress, bedding and fixtures) family room area, all bedrooms have updated TVs and each room has Roku TV with Spectrum stream service with Netflix and other streaming capabilities. The formal living room has a sofa bed. Dining room has a beautiful large table that seats 8. The kitchen has a table that seats 6. Kitchen breakfast bar has 4 barstools.
The house has FREE Wi-Fi/internet. The pool can be heated for an additional fee and it will be included in quoted price but can be removed for warmer months if you don't want it. Don't forget this villa is on a lovely lake in the quite development of Eagle Pointe. It's just 15 minutes to Disney parks and 20-30 min from Universal and Sea World. There is also a small amusement park called “ Old Town” with shops just miles away for those days you don't want to spend an entire day at the big parks. We are 5 minutes from a Super Walmart, Perkins, and tons of other restaurants and stores , which makes this an ideal location to stay at. Keep in mind that staying on the lake has it perks. You'll have a beautiful view with no houses behind you and lots of wildlife to enjoy like the ducks and birds! The pool has privacy from neighbors as each side has a white PVC fence but opens up to the beautiful lake view. Also you can fish as the lake is full of fish.
This is our second home in this area and our first has no renter complaints about the house or location so we decided get another one. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. House was super clean and comfortable and the decorations made it so fun to stay there. Love the game room. Totally enjoyed the heated pool with the beautiful view of the lake. It was a great way to unwind after a busy day playing at Universal Studios. The host was marvelous to work with. Very attentive and quick to respond to whatever needs came up during our stay there. Would definitely book this house again.

Unfortunately due to unusual weather conditions, the house was not up to standards. The temperatures that the host kept the “heated pool” at were nowhere near 78-82 degrees. Due to the low temperature setting, the pool was not usable as it was at a steady 55-60 degrees.The house thermostat was malfunctioning and our first 3 days in the house were 54-57 degrees.

I felt the master bed was fairly comfortable after a long day of play. Not the greatest shower in master bathroom though. Its small and lopw water pressure. The home was clean and comfortable to spend time in. The AC worked great.

The house and property were excellent. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and relaxing view from the screened lanaiWe were not there for Disney, which is pretty much the entire area but found some nice hiking areas and historic sites to visit.We had no problems but communication with the owner was easy.

We have been renting properties for 15 years and make sure my properties are well maintained since that's what keeps renters happy. I've rented vacation homes myself in other states, so I understand the difference between a nice place and not so nice place. You'll feel right at home at this spacious and nicely decorated lake front home. Why they chose this property

Here are some of the houses updates new HVAC so you'll stay nice and cool, Pool resurface and a new roof in 2018. New light fixtures installed throughout most fo the house in June 2019. New bedding and Smart TVs with Roku and streaming service in every bedroom in June 2019. New family room couches and decorations. In late 2019 we installed new stainless steel appliances, new flooring in the living room/dinning room and carpet in the 3 bedrooms, new kids bunk bed and mattresses, painted rooms and did 3 areas in a themed decor. New pool heater was replaced in Sept. 2019 so you won’t have any pool heat issues. This property is located close to everything Disney parks, Universal, Sea World, Zoo's, Old Town, shopping and restaurants. I'm sure you and your family will enjoy this house and it will be a trip your kids will never forget.
