Our home burned down - NOT our VACATION RENTAL! It's our income! Come and enjoy!

You simply cannot beat the view!

This unit has a great floor plan.
Approx. 700 sq. ft living space and 96 sq. ft. covered lanai. The ideal place to relax or plan your excursions.
Cozy, inviting, yet spacious you will feel like you found your 'Home in Paradise'!

Greet the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai when starting the day. Have breakfast on your own private lanai while you hear the blue ocean rolling in and wine while you watch the sun set. Go for a swim, the outer reef protects the shore line right in front of the building. Or sit on a chaise lounge, under a palm tree.

This place is quiet! All you hear is the ocean.
There is a pool area, but it is not below your lanai.
There is a street but it is exactly on the opposite side from where you are.
The natural breeze between the landscaped inner court yard (with koi pond) and the ocean circulates the air and keeps the place at a very comfortable temperature even without A/C.
You will sleep well at night, as it is never as hot as in nearby Lahaina.

The master bedroom provides a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. They all have high quality mattresses. Sweet dreams!

What a view! Absolutely stunning view right off the lanai. We saw whales almost every day. Bring binoculars! Property and condo is clean, quiet and comfortable. No a/c but the breeze from the ocean and fans was enough to keep us cool and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent! We will return here, guaranteed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Paki Maui. The ocean views were breathtaking, and watching the sunsets from the lanai became our favorite part of every day. The resort has a cozy, intimate feel — peaceful, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing.The location is fantastic as well. We were able to walk to several great nearby spots like Café A-Repa, The Fish Market, and Bad Ass Coffee, which made dining out super convenient.The kitchen was impressively well stocked, and we appreciated being able to cook a few meals at home whenever we didn’t feel like going out.Overall, a wonderful stay — we’d happily come back in a heartbeat.

Lanai was incredible!

We spent every morning drinking coffee, watching the sunrise over the ocean. We saw whales, turtles, and even a monk seal. The location is convenient to lots of local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful oceanfront property with attentive, thoughtful hosts and a truly central West Maui location. The sunset views from the patio are stunning—we loved sipping wine in the evenings and often spent both mornings and nights there enjoying the ocean.The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the TV is excellent, and the internet was fast and reliable. Beds are very comfortable, and the sound of ocean waves is always present, as the unit sits right at the waterline on the second floor—peaceful and relaxing day and night.The host was very kind and responsive, answering questions quickly. Check-in was effortless via lockbox, and there is a helpful binder in the unit with information about the apartment and nearby restaurants and services.There is a strip of grass along the water with beach chairs, perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Building amenities include a self-service laundry room, elevator access, and easy on-site parking.The location is superb—right in the heart of the West Maui resort area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, food trucks, and more. We enjoyed luaus, a whale-watching cruise, and beachfront dining, all within a 10–12 minute drive. The site felt very safe and quiet.Ideal for longer stays and perfect for couples, with or without children. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Had a great visit at this perfectly located condo on the water. The neighborhood was wonderful, shopping close by, great parking, and well maintained grounds. Beautiful Oceanfront View!

This property had a gorgeous Oceanfront view from the lanai and living room. We saw whales from the lanai which was such an amazing sight. It was a relaxing, comfortable and well equipped two bedroom property. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and a grocery store. It has an authentic Hawaiian feel. Wonderful stay at a great spot

We had a wonderful week in Lahaina! The condo is very comfortable and well situated, with a health food store, cafes, and a supermarket within a block or two. The view is unbeatable. We saw turtles and whales almost every day from the lanai. It was really easy to communicate with the hosts, who made sure we were comfortable and had all the info we needed. Mahalo!

Wonderful place to stay

The condo itself was well furnished, good beds, kitchen had everything you could want. But, the most outstanding feature was the location. On the water, every afternoon we sit on the lanai and watch turtles feed on the reef less than 50 feet away. An easy walk 1 block to a market, coffee store and three excellent small restaurants / take out places. Although no beach sand on the property nice small beach park is right next door.

The sound and the smell of the ocean are magical, the balmy air and sweet breezes are unmatched! We love Maui!

Why they chose this property

The building is only 4 stories high, not as imposing as many other properties, and is built very close to the ocean. Shopping, browsing, souvenirs and beach walks are right there for you. At Paki Maui you are close to everything and yet experience peace and quiet. Life is easy!
