My name is Barry, when introduced to Park City on a ski trip with friends, I loved it so much I decided to stay. Now I have the Retreat that I can share with you - no matter what time of the year. We look forward to sharing our enthusiasm with family, friends and friends to be (Our guests).

Why Barry chose Park City
The Kimball Jct. area/location was our top choice after spending many a day trooping from place to place. It is convenient to SLC airport, other nearby communities, a wealth of appealing businesses across the road in Redstone, New Park, Kimball Park. Among the variety of eateries of all descriptions are killer shops, great new bowling alley, large well stocked liquor/wine/beer store, dry cleaners, UPS service, Post Office, movie theater, too much more to list. Park City Old Town is a must to visit and explore; a short drive or bus ride away. Public library and car wash are near condo at intersection. Up a block is a Walmart. Gas station across hwy and not far is Enterprise Car Rental. Your covered parking is comfortably close to secure entry door and elevator. What makes this Condo unique
We appreciate the on-property closeness of a very good trail to walk or jog, and utilize it frequently. Our end unit is close to the elevator (which we do not hear) and is a big plus. Our neighbors are great. The views from the windows and deck/balcony are serene, mountains, Aspen trees as well as the Olympic Park. Read, play, shop, exercise in the club house fitness room, swim in the heated pool ( summer only) and relax in one of the hot tubs. Have day trips to ski slopes - many of them - Park City Main Street shopping.. Sundance.. Many places to appreciate in Salt Lake City, etc.

Perfect Cozy Condo!
We had a great visit to park city/canyons staying at The Retreat! The location was a 5 min drive to canyons mtn and 10 min to park city. Very easy! We were a family of 4 and the condo was cozy, had all the amenities of home, comfortable beds, soft sheets and towels, all the kitchen needs (plus extra staples - coffee). The indoor parking was so convenient. We were close to Whole Foods and restaurants for easy dinners after long ski days. Thank you Barry for sharing your home. You were so helpful in the whole process. We hope to be back again soon!
A true home away from home.
We selected Barry’s property based on his lovely pictures and description. He underpromised and over delivered. Location was perfect for snow sports, shopping, and sight seeing. The condo had everything desired, as well as very clean, and comfortable. The underground parking was a plus. I would recommend Barry’s “Retreat” for any couple, or even families with kids, as the place is over the top! and spacious! We would love to come back. Thank you, Barry, for being so available and courteous.

Great spot for skiing!
This home was perfect for our family of 4 for our Christmas ski trip. Mr. Barry was super to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. His home had everything we needed to cook with after a fun day of skiing! It was a home away from home for us! The location of this home is near shopping, both retail & grocery, as well as restaurants & a movie theater. Maxwell’s was a great spot to eat when we were not in the mood to cook. If you don’t want to drive into Park City, there are city shuttles that are very easy to navigate. For a delicious meal out in downtown Park City, 501 on Main, is a great choice. Again, the location of Barry’s home is perfect for all you will want to do in Park City.

A cozy condo in a great location! The jacuzzi will warm you up, the underground parking is a plus and every essential item is available! A quiet, corner condo with pretty views.

Many bike trails nearby to accommodate the growing number of bikers. Hikers are well placed in Park City ! Great bowling alley , movie theater, bistros, restaurants, all nearby. Outlet Mall shopping, within easy walking nearby. Provo River 15 minute drive - WHAT FUN! Old town Park City is like a magnet... Always something going on... Way different than your ordinary city, town! Do enjoy it all, we do!
