Great value - located a short drive from the ski areas in Park city, much better value than the area hotels. Has a covered car-port which is great in the winter. The owner interactions were terrific, fixed one small problem quickly. We were very satisfied.
This condo was perfect for my son and I while we were in town for a competition at the Olympic Park. The check in instructions were easy to follow and everything was as they said it should be. The condo was nice, well stocked with pantry items, clean and very comfortable. My son said that the pull-out couch was the best he has slept on!!! Check out instructions were just as easy as check in. We will definitely stay at this condo again if it is available.

Cozy, clean and in a great location!
My boyfriend and I came down to Park City for an impromptu get away. This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was spotless, the instructions for everything from getting there to check out where perfectly clear and the location was terrific. We recommend it to anyone and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Clean, well stocked and comfortable. Easy access to bus, and includes covered parking. Wonderful to sit in front of the gas fireplace after a great day skiing or adventuring.

Close to slopes
All you need. Good location. Small but usable kitchen. Quaint, and fun. Nice mattress!
Great location (especially if you figure out transit quickly)Walking distance to the outlets .
Hosts were great to communicate. We had a little trouble checking in with lock box, but they were on the phone with us immediately & apologized for the confusion. Would definitely recommend 😊
Close to Canyons Village base area and free shuttles!
Quick, easy, and efficient way to enjoy your ski time at PCMR without overspending on ski in/out properties. You have a Walmart and tons of restaurants within a mile and it’s much less congested than being stuck towards main…the free shuttle stop is a 5 minute walk away and runs ever 20/25 mins. Super simple. This place is a cheat code
We had a wonderful time at this one bedroom condo. It had all the items we needed to have a relaxing stay. All kitchen items were provided. The location was perfect. A bit away from the traffic in Park city which was nice and near a tubing park and the Olympic center. Enjoyed a visit to Antelope Island. Outlets and grocery stores nearby. We rented a car which was an excellent choice to travel around easily and visit all the sites. Skied at Deer Valley. Enjoyed the hot tub at the unit. Great time.
Perfect for my objectives. Very quiet neighborhood, so I could catch up on some work. A little remote if no car, so used Uber Eats for meals. Drivers had some trouble finding the place. Connie, my hostess, had left me some provisions, which really helped. Millennium Trail nearby provides access to both nearby malls, about a mile round trip.
This one bedroom was perfect for our little ski getaway! Neatly kept, full of amenities, and very clean. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions! The condo has everything you need for short or long stays.
My only two suggestions are extremely minor:
1) the shower head pressure is minimal at best, and
2) there is carpeting right at the entry, making true dry boot removal in the winter for a family a little challenging.
Other than that, we would definitely stay again. While it is not the most updated aesthetically, it is extremely clean and well kept!
The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. I have been coming to Park City for many years and this is the first time I stayed in the Kimball Junction area.
I typically do not rent a car when I visit Park City due to the excellent free bus service in the area.
In this case, that may have been a mistake as the location is pretty difficult to negotiate without a car. While there is bus service with a stop just outside the complex, you will need to transfer at the Transit Hub in order to get to Canyons or Park City ski area.
The unit itself is very nice with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. No issues at all.

First Rental Experience
Typically we stay in hotels or B&B’s so this was our first time staying at a condo and dealing with VRBO. So expectations and out comes with VRBO were apprehensive with the unknown. Arrival to the complex, first appearances we were a little nervous as several locations where noted for some type of repair etc. This can be a good or bad sign. We took it as good and that someone was keeping the overall facility in good condition.
We located the Condo (property) and were pleasantly surprised and elated to find the condo exactly as described. Everything was in perfect condition, clean and in place. It was fully equipped down to the last detail to make our stay so easy and comfortable. And everything worked we were elated. The owner obviously thought of everything that we would need. Just like at home. Great service is something we look for no matter where we go and Connie was right there to help. For the few questions we had she was very prompt with a response and helpful.
The location was perfect with several shopping centers, restaurants, movies, Olympic ski facility all within minutes of the condo. Trout Bum2 was within 5 minutes’ for fishing and guide services with down town Park City an easy 10 minute drive.
Would easily recommend this location to our friends
I enjoyed my stay at the condo. It is conveniently located near the outlet mall/ Kimball Junction and an easy 10 minute drive to Canyons, 15 to Main Street, probably 20 to Deer Valley. Only 35 minutes or so from SLC Airport. I am a former full time resident of Park City. The condo here was a very fair value in a good location. The complex has probably a mix of owners, long term and short term tenants. Only once or twice did I experience any excessive noise. Comfortable little family room with. very cozy fireplace. The kitchen, laundry and dinning area all fine. Master bed, bath and closet all great. Could the place benefit by some cosmetic improvements? Probably, but nothing was horrible. Lots of blankets there. You will never be cold. There was a jacuzzi, but I never used it. Another big plus for staying here: THERE IS A COVERED PARKING SPOT. Not all places offer this. This is a major plus to keep your car directly out of the snowfall. I had a small issue at the beginning. the hosts were immediate to respond and were very diligent and caring in resolving any issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
We liked the location alot, close enough to walk to Whole Foods and Walmart and several restaurants. And the bus to the slopes passed nearby every 15-30 minutes so you really did not even need to rent a car.
