Apartment 4:
The cozy, small 1-bedroom apartment (27m²) is located in the basement of the house. The combined living room and bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180x200cm), a flat screen TV and a couch. The separate kitchen (cooking module, microwave, fridge with freezer) also has a dining table. A shower room is available.

The apartment in the Ahlbecker Goethestraße is located in close proximity to the sprawling beach and the beautiful promenade (100m). You can reach many shops as easily on foot, as the numerous restaurants. The Ostseetherme can be reached in a few minutes, it offers especially in the cool season a pleasant change.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 01:00 to 10:00.

Guter Aufenthalt mit überschaubarer Sauberkeit und Modernität

Die Wohnung war weitestgehend ok, bei der Sauberkeit muss allerdings noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Des Weiteren ist die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es war kein WLAN vorhanden (dies wussten wir aber vorher aus der Online Beschreibung). Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas zusammengewürfelt, hier könnte man sicherlich auch mal wieder etwas investieren, um einen "roten Faden" im Konzept zu haben. Die Lage ist dafür recht gut, keine 5 Min. zum Strand und ein eigener Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
