Welcome to The Peaceful Pines! Private & serene… this luxury mountain retreat is the perfect place to unwind in comfort & style! This 3 bedroom 3 bath home is in a private, gated community surrounded by towering pines & the beauty of nature.
Optional resort access is $20 per person per day and must be booked a minimum of one week in advance.
With cool A/C in summer, optional Nakoma Resort amenities, several upgrades, comfy beds, breathtaking views from every room, scenic patio dining, wi-fi, & a fully appointed chef’s kitchen, your group is sure to have a fun, relaxing, & memorable time!

The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed, smart tv with cable and streaming access, an oversized soaking tub, walk in shower, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, dual vanities, and jaw-dropping forest views!

The second bedroom has two twin beds that are converted to a king (these can be separated upon request) Room 2 also has a smart TV with premium cable and streaming capability and closet with sliding doors. Enjoy stunning views and a separate private bathroom with tub and shower combo.

The third bedroom has a plush queen bed, smart TV with cable and streaming, fireplace, stunning views, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanity.

Gold Mountain at Nakoma resort is a private gated community near many additional wedding venues like Chalet View and 20 mile house, and it is also close to the adorable tourist town of Graeagle and historic Johnsville. Nakoma Resort has an Olympic size swimming pool that is heated year-round, steaming Jacuzzi, an indoor rock climbing wall and half basketball court, a private indoor movie theater, a teen game room, a state of the art fitness center and yoga loft, as well as a little kid playroom and a bar and bistro!

Located just minutes from several public golf courses, the middle fork feather river, countless lakes, hiking trails, and mountain biking destinations, the Peaceful Pines is the perfect place to create mountain memories!

The home offers two private garage spaces and overflow parking in the driveway. There is no street parking permitted in Gold mountain.

Enjoy incredible golf at the Dragon and other nearby golf courses including Grizzly Ranch, Plumas Pines, White Hawk, and Graeagle Meadows! Be sure to ask your host for and upgrade to add resort access so you can enjoy the unbeatable on-site amenities at Nakoma Resort.

The home is protected by security cameras at all entry points, facing away from the home.

This is a no smoking property and a dark sky community so all exterior lights must be off from 10am to 8am for stargazing. Failure to follow house and HOA rules outlined in your rental contract may result in up to a $1000 fine.
No smoking anywhere on premises. No events, parties, or unapproved guests. Quiet hours, 8 PM to 8 AM, dark sky community after 10 PM for stargazing.
