5. New 2023 Village of Franklin (Local law No. 2) Short-term rental regulations:
-parking: no motor vehicles shall be parked on the lawn or landscaped
areas.
- No RV's or trailers
-Be considerate to your neighbors- keep noise to a minimum; amplification
of music outside of the rental unit is a violation of local Law No. 2
- Violation is subject to a fine in the amount of $250-500, and will be the
responsibility of the renter.
-A copy of Local Law No. 2 will be available within the residence.

We had a wonder time at the most perfect spot in Franklin:) The hosts were amazing and allowed us a bit more time to spend together. The property has everything you need to feel at home and yet is located in the middle of everything Franklin has to offer.

Hidden Gem

My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with this hidden gem in Franklin NY. We made plans to travel from TX to Franklin NY to visit family and were fortunate to find this vacation rental for the period we would be in town. It was the perfect place for the two of us, but could easily work for a small family, When we make plans to to visit Franklin again we will definitely make reservations at this vacation rental again.

Excellent choice!!

This VRBO was perfect in every way!! I would highly recommend it. It was very clean and had everything you would need and then some! Loved sitting outside on the back deck. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!! We would book it again!
